OK i tried the next day but did what others said about clearing cookies and then using internet explorer and clicking on tools internet options privacy under cookies advance and clicking overide and accept all cookies for first party and thrid part as well as allow session cookies and it WORKED I hope this helps!!!

Tricia Made an anoucment that the contest was extened untill 6pm eastern on friady becuase of the hosting problems the forum has been having at that she would keep posting new offer untill 9 pm easter tonight and cindy would start pulling the offer at 6pm eastern tommorw and you had untill 8 pm easter to post in the contest tread before the winners would be announced!

I had a conferamtion email from one of the affilates (lenders) that efinancial uses and i clicked that and i did get credit dont know if you had to but i did also make sure you are picking a school and not undecided

okay, one more question about the e-financial aid...

after it says "Thank you! You will be contacted shortly" there is a giant timer counting down and a form to fill out for a scholarship. I'm assuming I DON'T need to fill that out...but did anyone do that?

Thanks Bryan. If anyone has any other ideas for the stupid axe I'll take em. The only other 3 I didn't have credit are CRB Visa Gc, Elmo & Brandarama which rarely credit for me.

Some others I had already done. I didn't do great fun because I had done passport to fun which I think is the same company. It was a pain to cancel, it kept coming back on my cc and I'd have to call them again. I thought I'd use it but decided it wasn't for me.
Didn't do the Google one either, wouldn't use it I don't think.

The thing that helped me with Axe was to:
go to tools/internet options/privacy/advanced/and make sure Always Allow Session Cookies is checked. Mine was not checked and after I changed that setting, Axe cleared. May the Axe be with you!

Unfortunately, it's already checked so that isn't it. I even got the confirmation email 3 times. I reclicked on the conf email and it says 'you already confirmed...'

No, you do not need to check those 2 boxes. I don't use an e-mail address and I never check those boxes and I have always gotten credit. Good luck!

I am totally bummed about Stamps.com. I did it yesterday around 3:30 and it still hasn't credited to my account. :cry: :cry: :cry: Why, oh why. Woe is me!

I think I had to do the aisle #7 one twice (same as MID) this time around so maybe the cookie just didn't catch for you this time around.

As far as the ending page on MID this is the new page they will be ending on. The gpt site that advertised before went under about a month ago from what I've read online.

You can print it to snail mail in for your reward. I sent them off...I'm supposed to receive (2) $10 checks and a sample of a cleaning product in 6-8 weeks. So I'll post back in March if it worked!

You can print it to snail mail in for your reward. I sent them off...I'm supposed to receive (2) $10 checks and a sample of a cleaning product in 6-8 weeks. So I'll post back in March if it worked!

yes...also, the odds vary based on how many entries each person has...that would take too long to calculate

Maybe i was just doing some rough math! That since you can only win once! and with only 158 entered over 1000 the overall odds that you would win would be 1:15.8 now i am sure if some one wanted to they could do a better break down but i think thats pretty simple!

I'm not bryan, but yes I believe that you're right! I'm not really a math person so I'm not going to calculate the odds, but I think that it is accurate to count out all the remaining posts of a person who does win once -and if it is someone who had a lot of other posts, that would really help better the odds for others to be chosen. Of course, with no idea who will/how many posts they have it's hard to really calculate the exact odds - but anyway we shall see what happens!

It's been a long time since I had college statistics, but it does seem to make sense that the fewer entries, the better the chance. So if the first winner had entered 10 times in the contest, their next nine chances become null and void. So they are then picking from fewer entries. I think you are absolutely right.

I did every single Crazy Credit, and the only ones that credited were ParentCity and health insurance one :computer: Weird those would credit and not any of the MID ones (which are usually very easy credits) :( I confirmed all the emails I received and nothing. :confused:

I did quite a few and only had 2 credit! I even retried the ones I had done. Nothing. :computer:
