It seems that several of us have been having an issue with SSI surveys going to this white page. Being one of the older members I remember survey gate and do get paranoid sometimes. Has SSI indicated that there may be a problem with their "sorry we don't have a survey for you page" or anything.
I was able to get to a second page after the birthday and country page this morning at work, but did not get a survey.
If the surveys they have right now are just limited I would feel better knowing that than wondering if I had done something wrong. I think that several others would feel the same way.

Thanks for posting this. As a (still)relative newbie, I don't have much back history, but I agree. I'd prefer knowing that there's nothing for me rather than thinking I've done something wrong.

So far I haven't heard ANYTHING from SSI at all. I do know that our contact is about to go on maternity leave (and may already have), so we won't be hearing much for awhile. :(

I'll try to reach out to her this morning. Our numbers with them have not really gone down over the last month or two, so it is strange that some of you are getting such consistent problems.

Anyway you could check with SH about the issues some of us have been having since the beginning of feb. with it not routing back to SR and not being able to get surveys? I had to give it a shot right? :) I know you have a lot to do though, but would love it if that could be fixed as easily as the SSI issue was! Thanks either way!
