Hi everyone - I guess I need some help with offers. I'm not sure what I am supposed to do...especially with the ones that ask you for your info, then list about 10 million offers afterwards...must I sign up for their offers too in order to get credit? I've mostly been doing surveys and shopping, but would like to get some credits from offers too.

Check this thread first.
http://www.sunshinerewardsforum.com/showthread.php?t=2990
It describes the different types of offers, what you should look for (ie confirmation emails) and how far to go with them.
If you still have questions feel free to ask and maybe we can help and get specific with a few of the newer offers.

Ok I did some searching and I think this is really the most relevant thread for you at the moment but the FAQ will help with crediting questions.

You don't have to sign up for all of the offers, just those that interest you. If you don't want any just select "No" and then the Continue/Next button or you can just click the "Skip" button if the page has one (don't need to click yes/no for the pages w/ skip unless you want to say yes to an offer).
Have you tried a new email address? Make sure your cookies are set to "Accept". Not clearing cookies too soon after doing an offer and making sure to click on the confirmation email?
If you haven't read them yet there are some good stickies at the tops of the Forum w/ ideas on how to do offers. (ETA - What Catherine posted while I was typing. I think she should get the "Most helpful answering offer questions" award!)
Good luck!

Honestly, I never sign up for anything I don't really want when I'm at the end of the offers. I especially don't give out my credit card info. I look through the silver, gold and platinum offers, though. I used to go right by, but now, if it asks you to do 2 offers, I at least click on two offers. I then click out again. I continue on through the gold and platinum offers in the same way. Janet had a suggestion a while back that I think is excellent. Whatever e-mail addy she uses, she goes into that first and clears both the inbox and the spam folder, then uses another window to do the offers. This way you can look for a confirmation e-mail to click on. I'm sure other members can give you even better suggestions. Good luck!:sunshine:

Thanks everyone. I did several offers last night, but only got one to credit. Of course none of the ones I did for the crazy credits show up in my account. Not sure if I'm just not doing it right, or what? I especially was hoping to get the credit for stamps.com.

Ok a few follow up questions:
Which operating system are you running?
which internet browser are you using?
Which antivirus/firewall do you have installed and running?
Any toolbars installed?

Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7
Norton Antivirus
And, I don't have any other toolbars installed
Wow, you answer quick! :) I don't have any problems with shopping credits or survey credits, so I'm not sure what is going on.

You may want to go to the Tools -> Internet Options area of your Internet Explorer and make sure that you are accepting thrid party cookies. Set your security levels to medium and then go to the privacy area and make sure it says accept thrid party cookies. If those are already set that way let us know and we can try some other things.

Take it slow. Don't do too many at once. I think we all do it a little different, but I try not to do another offer until I get credit for the previous one. If I don't get credit, I at least wait an hour or two in between. The birthday party has been a little different, but usually I don't do anymore than 3-4 in a whole day.
Make sure your cookie settings are correct. I reset mine on the advice of another member today and have much better luck. Mine are set to this:
Tools/Internet Options/Privacy/Advanced and clicked on the "overide automatic cookie handling" and "always allow session cookies"
Clear cookies once per day, say in the morning before you start sunshining. Once you receive credit for an offer, you can clear cookies again before you do another offer. This works for some people. I don't do that. I just wait a while between offers and maybe try to get a survey or something.
Take your time doing offers, don't rush through them. Let each page load and remember you don't have to fill in all the stuff on all those pages. Just click no, skip, and no thanks....go all the way to the end where you can't go anymore.
You will find what works for you. Like I said we all do it a little different but feel free to ask questions!! It can seem confusing at first, but you'll get the hang of it ;)

I don't know the why's but someone was having issues with credits and norton yesterday and when she took it off the computer and installed the free stuff (avg free for antivirus and zonealarm for firewall ) she was having better luck with credits. I think Norton has a bunch of junk built into it that can block cookies and such but unfortunately it doesn't always block the viruses and trojans that are out there.
