I've been working for the past month on getting us a direct deal with Harris Poll and am happy to announce that it is now active! It's listed under "Offers" and you must sign up and confirm your membership to get credit.

They do NOT have automatic postbacks on these but instead will be sending me out spreadsheets with the credits a couple of times a week. For those of you willing to try it out today, I am going to have them send me a spreadsheet tomorrow so that we can get the credits going for you really quickly.

Harris Poll is a really great name in survey companies and their surveys will NOT overlap with daily surveys that you do on SR. They payout for this signup is $1.25.

All I did was fill out my demographics, thought I would be taking a survey but it went to a page that stated that I would start getting surveys in a couple of weeks. Is this we have to do? Just did it, so no credit yet...I was just wondering.

You will probably not get any surveys from them for awhile. But I think you should have to confirm an email from them.

I signed up. I don't have much luck with most surveys but this looks like a good one. So glad they didn't ask for my phone number. I hate those calls. :rotfl:

Harris reported to me that EVERY person who has gotten a credit from us so far unsubscribed from their panel yesterday. Is that true? They are threatening not to pay us for any of our leads.

I haven't gotten credit yet, but no, I have not unsubscribed. I find it really hard to believe that EVERYONE they gave credit too so far has unsubscribed, since some people here said they were excited to try them.

I opened that TT you requested.

I went back to my confirmation email to see exactly what it said and there was a link to confirm your email address (which I did) and also a link that said "In order to begin participating, you must complete your registration by clicking on the following link"? When you click on both links you get the exact same message which was....

I just sent them a followup email with more information. I am 100% sure that there is a problem with their reporting system. I know it is not possible that all of our people unsubscribed.

We've only gotten one batch of credits from them so far--that first batch of 8. Hopefully we'll get the next batch as soon as they finish looking into the "unsubscribe" issue.

I got word back that they were mistaken and will be sending more credits along to us shortly. Another 14 came through over the weekend, I think. Just waiting to get the member IDs from them.

It took several days to receive the confirmation email but it finally came and I clicked the confirmation link. I imagine this is one we just need to be patient on. I haven't received the credit yet either.

They are coming in VERY slowly. Usually a couple of weeks after the confirmation.

I have updated everything that I have gotten. If you subscribed and confirmed and did not get credit, you can open up a trouble ticket with the email address that you used. This is NOT a formal dispute, but I can send them a few test emails to find out if there is a reason that credits have been held up.

I went ahead and opened a TT since I signed up and confirmed Feb 24th. I went ahead and confirmed again with that old email and got the same message, so I know I confirmed before.

We are still working on getting these credits. We are also working on a system to auto credit our members as soon as they sign up now.

If you have NOT yet signed up, can you give it a try and let me know if you get a credit instantly?

By getting credit, if you mean that it was showing on my account before I could hit pending, then yes, I got it. LOL. I can't say I've seen anything credit faster!! :sunshine:
