This is still being looked into and they can't figure out what is going on because it is not happening for all publishers. For those of you having problems, can you try completely clearing your cache and cookies again and trying the MTC long survey?

Tried both the long and the short AMPs. Still getting the page to load, then immediately going blank with the error message on the bottom left. Perhaps once AMP realizes their revenues are down, they'll finally try to fix it.

I did that about an hour ago and I'm still not able to get either one of them....still getting the white page on both surveys.

Did that and for both the long and short, it still for a split second shows a screen that looks like it's about to ask me to fill in the demos and then the screen goes blank...

Funny, but during a surveyhead survey, it connected me to an amp survey and, just for giggles, I kept going on it without problems. Eventually I didn't qualify, but nonetheless, I had no problems when connected through that site.

I did the same thing yesterday to see if it would let me into AMP which it did and I then exited after a few questions.

Well I qualified for that AMP through SH and I DID get credit...it's the only survey so far today that I was able to get...go figure! :rolleyes:

I tried both they click on for a spit second, then they disappear. I got the AMP the same as the others though SH. It is like they are blocking us, you had to put your demographics in and could try a survey at that point, after that can not get in again. It looks like the same warning statement from what I can see and then it is gone. That is on both AMP and MTC.

I don't know how it used to be for me since I wasn't trying AMP when the problems originated...but...

When I tried clicking though short AMP the page timed out before it loaded.

When I clicked through long AMP, I had to enter my demographics and then DQed out of several surveys before it said there was nothing for me today. It all seemed normal on my end for the long.

Started noticing the problem with AMP/MTC people were describing yesterday. The long survey seemed to be working fine. The short survey had the white page. The same thing is happening today. The last day I took this survey and got credit without any problem was 2/20/2011. I know that is not too long of a time to have problems with this. However, I wanted to post as I am now noticing the same issue. My mother also noticed the white page today.

2/19 Saturday was the day I had to re-enter the demographics. I was able to complete a long survey right after that. Since then I have had the white page and have cleared everything multiple times.

I was able to do the short AMP/OTC today around 5:30pm, but have not received any credit for it. :( I didn't have any problem getting into it. It asked for my demo and I qualified instantly.

Just an FYI. I was able to complete the long AMP survey. Sorry to hear others are having problems. Hope it gets fixed soon and you are back in business.

I have been getting the blank white page since the weekend after I had to re-enter the demographic info.

today is day number 6 where i still can't get an amp. all that comes up is a plain blank white page and at the bottom of the page it says error on page. i have cleared my cookies and rebooted my computer many times in the last 6 days but i am not having any luck getting one. oh well, you win some you lose some. hopefully amp will fix this problem soon so i can start taking them again as most of their surveys are really enjoyable.

I am getting the white screen too. I am not generally very lucky with the AMP anyways and this certainly won't help. I'm in the final push since the 28th is my final cashout before vacation so I hope this gets fixed SOON!

Okay. New thing to try. I'm not getting anywhere with the company we are running them through. They are acting like it is our fault or something. So I switched out the link on the MTC SHORT only to go through a company that we used to go through. Try that one and see if you can get a survey.

I don't have time to try the whole survey right now, but I just clicked on the short link and it went to a page for me to put in my demos. So that probably works...at least it's not the blank page! I'll give it a try later this morning...thanks for working on this! :)

I just tried the short one. It gave me a few demo pages then said work in progress..... with green dots moving in a circle to indicate progress. It kept loading...

Ok I tried and it let me load my info and after a few times getting kicked out of surveys I finally got one Waiting to see if it credits This is the first time since Feb.15 that I have gotten AMP

I can't tell you if it will either finish or credit yet, but I'm able to get in via the short link for the first time since I started having problems Saturday. I'm in a survey now...we'll see what happens.

Same with me, I got in and filled out the demographics...did not qualify for anything and now I'm getting that white page again.

But the strange thing is that I keep getting an amp survey when I try to take the SH surveys...got credit for one the other day and today I got the amp again trying for a SH but got disqualified. This is very strange that we keep getting that white page going directly through the AMP links.

This white page problem that some of us seem to still have, reminds me of the problems we had with MV not letting us take a survey for weeks. Some people had no problems and some of us did. All of a sudden MV was "fixed" and no problems since, could this be anyway connected in some way to the MV problems? It seems as if some of us are being banned from taking these surveys for some reason? Just a thought.

i have been trying for over 35 minutes this morning to get an amp and all i am getting is the plain blank white page again. it has been over 24 hours since i took my last one so i do not understand why this is happening. is this happening to anyone else or am i all alone here?:confused:

Amp long surveys haven't been good to me lately. I've probably gotten credit for 1 out of the last 4 I have done so I think I'm going to just try the shorter one for awhile (if it wants to load!).
