Looks like we were already approved for them. :) Added them at 7% cash back.

Yay!!!! Now I am waiting to hear back from them about subscriptions. Ypou can get regular deliveries every month, but each one is charged. I asked them if I sign up through an affiliate site would the site get credit every month or not. Haven't heard back, but will keep you posted!
