Big Changes to Greenfield Surveys!

Effective immediately, Greenfield Surveys are going to post back hourly like all other surveys. I don't have a lot of information because it just all of a sudden happened. But it is definitely a welcomed change! We are still getting all of the quick programming changes needed done on our end. But hopefully by the end of the day, it will be smooth sailing!!

It depends what time you took it. I can't figure out what time they switched to the new postbacks. Looks like maybe around 8 or 9 this morning? If you took one before that, we might have to wait until tomorrow to get it. If you took it AFTER that, you should see your credit in the next few hours. Once we get it all tested and running right, they will be on the hour after that.

A little sticky transition because we weren't ready for it. But hopefully not too bad.

You should be perfectly fine.

Things are slow going today. We had a few credits come in this morning and now it looks like they are doing some testing again. I'm sure it will all be sorted out by tomorrow though.

Okay. False alarm. We could have a few more days of the old tracking. But we also may only have one day. LOL Bottom line is that it will be within the next week that we see it all working. If you do NOT see hourly credits yet for a couple of days, don't worry.

Interesting....yesterday morning my DS from 3/10 and the one from 3/9 both credited before 10:30AM. Today I completed DS and then SM. SM has credited but not the DS; I guess maybe it might show up on Monday whilel all the kinks are worked out of the new system.

I *think* all of yesterday's credits should now be posted. Either because you got credit on the hour yesterday, you got credit earlier this morning, or I just manually credited you.

It looks like we have gotten credit for maybe a third or half of the DS's from today. They have not officially launched the "real time" crediting, so I am guessing that we will not see the others until Monday. But I am still hoping that they will officially release the real-time tracking by the end of the day today!

I think there are still some glitches to be worked out.....not everyone is getting credit on the hour. Tricia said it might not happen fully until Monday.

Clearly, none of us know the right answer, but mine have not credited the same day yet, and I've just cleared my cookies right after my normal DS has not credited after the 2nd hour prior to taking the other Greenfield survey. By doing so, I have not had any problems of my DS crediting the next day.

Good question, I don't clear between the two and have never had a problem but would like to know once the GF credits automatically since they will both credit the same day, wondering if it's a similar situation as the SSI surveys? Guess we'll have to see what happens.

I am going to try hard to get 5 surverys in today to qualify for the contest. Don't know if it will happen or not, or even if I will have the time, BUT, I DID get a GF survey this am....has NOT credited. Does anyone know if I can still use it toward the contest??

Yes, it will. I have gotten a GF yesterday and today and neither has credited yet. So they should be here Monday, but they would count.

I'm here to post a similar question. The DS I took Friday did credit almost immediately. But the DS I took today has not credited yet. Guess we'll wait until Monday. Tricia did mention something in the beginning of the thread about SR possibly having to "force" the credit thru?

re the DS/M02(SM) question-the M02(SM) did credit at the top of the hour and I DID NOT clear cookies between GF and SM today.

I got the congrats page this morning, so it looked normal to me....usually when mine doesn't take me back to the congrats page I don't get credit. I don't know why it does that but every once in a while it will happen to me and when it does I try for another.

I am definitely seeing a lot more of them coming in hourly than before. They still haven't given us the "official" word that it has started, but it looks like they are getting really close. Yesterday about 20% of our credits came in on the hour. Today we've already had 20% of our usual number post on the hour.

So don't be worried if you don't get credit on the hour today...we will probably still have some come in tomorrow morning. But also don't be surprised if you see it. :)
