I assume that is the DirecTV offer you are talking about? We are looking to switch from Dish to Directv because they have a better HD offer. when you booked online, was there a place to determine when they would come install your dish?

Yep. It is really easy to schedule them and then reschedule if you need to. We had to reschedule a few times and they were great through it all.

I ordered DirecTV at the end of Jan but didn't have it installed till Feb 24th (moving & ladder issues). It pended this week like a shopping credit and because it was way past the order date it credited over night.
