Surveyhead Issues

Anyone else having problems with their surveys credited? I completed one about an hour ago, it went into the yellow "we know your time is valuable.." screen and then back to SR. Did not credited. Waited until the top of the hour just in case. Cleared cookies, try again complete another one, I end up with a blank screen,leave it for 10 minutes or so, never goes back to the SR page and no credit.

Every once in a while that happens to me with the white screen, not very often but I think there is a glitch in that particular survey. Mine credited fine today with no issues.
