What happened to the SR Earnings Banner?

This is so weird....I'm still not seeing it but it is in my user cp? I just rebooted my pc to see if that would make a difference but it didn't? Strange, guess it's some weird glitch and will work itself out? :rotfl:

ETA: I'm not seeing anyone's earning banner on my PC...this is the strangest thing, so weird. Anyone have any idea why?

ETA Again: I figured it out and I can now see mine and everyone elses...it was a pop-up web blocker that I was playing around with this morning to see if that would help me at all to get credit for offers (it did not help, LOL!) so I switched it back and all is good now.
