I am having trouble shopping on the disney store site. Everything is showing up fine EXCEPT the button to add an item to your cart. The picture, description, price, reviews, its all there but no link to actually select the item. I had this same issue the last time I tried to use the site, a couple of weeks ago. Anyone else have this happen?
This is a new computer, but I haven't had problems with any other sites that I shop at. Its so frustrating because I want to place an order but I can't.

That usually means they are out of stock of that item. It's not your computer it is the store. You can call customer service and ask them, but I am 99% certain they will be out of the item you are trying to buy. Sorry

Pretty sure that's exactly what it means, I was looking for a cookbook forever and sometimes it was there and sometimes it wasn't even listed..when it was listed there was no button to add and a couple of times when there was a button and I tried to add it to my cart, it said it wasn't in stock.
Finally placed my order for it and put a few other items in my cart...went to pay and one of the items wasn't in stock anymore...it is a very frustrating site for sure.

Thanks for the responses but it happens with all the items on their site. Any item I click on, I can't order. I called them about it, and both CM's I spoke to had no problems with seeing the link to add to cart. I ended up placing my order by phone, which I really hate to do. Anyone else have any ideas on how I can fix this? I have all the recommended downloads.

Is your Adobe Flash and Java up to date? I'm sure you have cleared cookies and all that but have you tried a different browser? I continually have issues when I use IE so FF is my browser of choice. When I have trouble on FF, I will then switch to IE or Google Chrome and I can usually get one of them to work. I have also tried Safari....in other words whatever works.
Good luck...hope you figure it out.
