H&R Block Correction

Hey Tricia!

How are you doing??!

I was just on checking things out - and I noticed that on 5/4/11 I received my shopping credits for H&R Block, but on 5/9/11 there was a debit back to them for the exact amount. Why would this happen?? I can submit a TT but I wasn't sure if there was another reason this would have happened.

Here is the reason that they gave:

"I tracked down the order in question to see if it was re-entered and unfortunately it was not. Sometimes as with all advertisers, corrections are issued due to returned products. I understand that there can be some confusion on how someone could return and online product but it does happen. In this case it looks like the person purchased the premium product. Often times through the process of completing their taxes online customers accidentally purchase upgrades they do not need and with a quick call to H&R Block those charges can be reversed. This is my best guess here. Hope that helps."

Well I did upgrade - so I guess I should have clicked on the link before I upgraded to the business class?

Were you able to upgrade online or did you have to call in? If you did it online, I am going to dispute the reversal.
