MissAngie... What to do with Disney Shopping???

Hi Miss Angie,
The shopping credit pending in my account from Disney Shopping is wrong (too low). I thought I'd ask what to do, before filing a TT.

File a trouble ticket just like normal except where you put in your confirmation email, first put in that you only got a partial credit. We see that a lot with Disney (too often....).

I guess I better start looking at the amount. I never pay attention to the percentage I should earn. I just assume it is right. Oh well...Some is definitely better than nothing! I will look from now on.
