I booked a hotel and a tour through Southwest Vacations SR link, but not airfare.

Has anyone used SWA vacations and received credit? How long did it take? Do you have to buy airfare to get credit?

When I booked our airline trip last year I didn't get credit. At the time Cindy said that it needed to be a package so I don't know the exact rules.

Nothing is stated on the main SWA Vacation page on SR. Other places like Hilton have their rules stated. I know you can't book just airfare because that has been mentioned before. Guess I'll just wait the 10 days and file a TT if it doesn't pend.
