I was just completing the offer for Netflix as a new member. But after signing up and picking some movies, I came back here and saw I was "logged out". Will I still get credit?? It was a big one....$12 I think. Thanks!

I've had that happen with a shopping order and I did get credit. You have to be logged on to even click on the offers I believe, so I'm sure you were logged on when you clicked on the offer link and I think that's all that matters. I wouldn't worry about it!! :sunshine:

If it doesn't, can I make a trouble ticket for an offer? I never noticed before. I know we can for shopping credits.

I know I have to wait a while before it even shows as pending but in case after a month or so it doesn't, I like to be prepared LOL

You can file TT's for PAID offers only, so in your case, yes. I hope it comes through for you and you don't need to file one - definitely give it some time, like you mentioned.
