Surveys in the Confirmation Emails

Just curious if you guys do the surveys included in some of the confirmation emails. Are there any that you know of that you have to do this, or can you just click to verify your email address?

Hi! I don't do the surveys in the confirmation emails, I just click the confirmation link. I have never known of any requirements to do surveys in the confirmation emails. I hope this helps!
