Why can't I get my picture any smaller?

I've resized it several times in Paint Shop Pro to make it a smaller picture, but it's still coming up so big in my signature!

Also I've customized my aviator but can't figure out where the text was added to change that? Am I just losing my mind??? :rotfl:

That's where I uploaded it to the first time, maybe I'm just sleep deprived but I'm not seeing it anywhere. I made sure it was small even before i uploaded it to their site.

Update: Ok found it, but the first two I've tried it's still too big, off to try smaller!
