I saw on Sunshine home page that Delia's has free shipping on orders of $25 or more, which is really good. But you also get $25 Daisy Dollar's. What is Daisy Dollar's. Is it something for Delia's, or is it actually Disney Dollar's for WDW?

I believe it is $25 virtual gift card for Delia's. I placed an order and on the confirmation it said the virtual gift card would be e-mailed to me. I haven't received it yet though.
