You will need to sign up for Toluna - USA (sorry, US only). Confirm your membership with them and complete at least 1 of their surveys. I really think you will like their surveys. They are actually the parent company of Greenfield, but they assured me that the surveys that you get through Toluna are different then the ones you get through the Greenfield router.

I signed up for a Toluna account a long time ago, but never took any surveys with them because I thought they conflicted with GF. Good to know I can take the surveys they send me all the time without having a problem on SR!

I've tried every password and user ID that I can think of to see if I'm registered and nothing is letting me in. I even sent a request using the email address they said already exists asking for my password and never got anything back, so I know I'm not a member. :confused:

I don't see why not. Especially if you can't figure out the login info and other people are able to sign up.

For those who can't sign up I think there was a box under the random check boxes on both the Y2C and Greenfield about wanting to be contacted in the future. I never received anything following up on that so I just registered an email that I check everyday.

Never got an email back after requesting my password...sent them an email and now I have a case #! I must have registered too but darn if I can remember when? I'd also like to know if we can complete the offer too if and when they get back to be with my log in info.

Just wanted to check on the crediting of this since so many people got them last night rather quickly it seems. Completed it earlier this morning and didn't get credit yet. Just did the registration, confirmation and a regular survey...didn't do all the extra interest "surveys" on there and wasn't sure if I needed to in order to get the credit???

Got credit for the paid sign up. Took a couple of tries to get a survey. One-about advertising-just kept repeating the same commericals and wouldn't go any further-just a heads up.

Now, what happens? Do I take surveys thru Toluna and earn credits with them that I then cash out? Haven't tried any other company but SR.

It sounds like they took old Greenfield email addresses and put them in the system. NOT the ones you use for the daily surveys but actually signing up with Greenfield. If you have never signed up with and used Toluna before, I say sign up with a different email address and complete the steps.

Woo Hoo...got a survey, finally! I initially clicked on the link through the email you sent. Then later, to get the survey, clicked through the link on SR. I should be Ok for credit, right?! It still had me logged in, as I haven't cleared cookies since initially signing up.

Got the credit! Awesome!!! Gotta get my account built up....my husband just decided he wants to go to Disney World in December!!!

I finally qualified for a survey but it was a two part survey--the second part will be sent out in January! Will I get credit in January? :D

My first post ever! I also signed up several days on my iphone, and completed 10 interest surveys and 3 surveys yesterday on my computer. I didn't receive credit and am wondering if using 2 devices for the surveys or if the time delay is the problem.:confused:

It took me until the second day to be able to get a survey that I qualified for. But as soon as I qualified and completed one, I got my credit in an hour.

So I am trying to take surveys here but since I completed the one, now each time I try it says "cookies must be allowed to take this survey" but I do allow them. :confused: anyone else have this issue?
