View Full Version : Wrong Amount Credited???

I see that I received a credit from BigFish games in the amount of $2.00. The only purchase that I've made was $9.99 for a game for my kids. According to the link, BFG only credits 5%, not the 20% I received. I'm not complaining...but I am wondering if my kids have been doing a little ordering that I am not aware of:eek:. I looked in my order history and only the one game is listed so I'm not sure why I got the "bonus":confused:.

Any ideas?

Was it the first purchase you ever made from them? Sometimes they give us a bonus on those.

Nope...I have about a dozen games from them on my computer. Unfortunately, my kids tend to log on under MY account which makes it very simple for them to buy games. They did it one time....and when I found out....well, let's just say that they haven't tried it since. :sunshine:

I haven't found any sign of additional purchases so the 20% puzzled me...but like I said, I'm not complaining:sunshine:.
