I always use FF for my surveys and completed 2 MV the last 2 days that did not credit. This morning I tried IE, completed the survey and it did credit.

Coincidence?

i think not. i always use ie for my surveys but last month i had 2 mv's that did not credit and the 1 took this morning and finished at 6:57 did not credit. from 10/27 thru 11/4 i had no problems with mv crediting but for some reason today it did not credit. got the thank you page and it routed back to the sign up page which i left open but still no credit. guess i can try again later. congrats to u scard for getting your mv to credit.:sunshine:

I just took an MV using IE and it credited almost immediately. Maybe some of the others that are having problems will chime in on what browser they are using too. Glad it worked for you in IE :).

I use FF on my Mac and DH had two MV surveys last week that he completed but did not credit.

Edited to say: DH completed a MV survey on coffee this evening that also did not credit.

That is what I am getting today too and a couple of other days recently; looks like some sort of technical issue.

i completed a MV a couple of days ago using FF and it didn't credit. i won't be doing them anymore. at least not until the issue is fixed. there wouldn't be so many non-crediting surveys if SOMETHING wasn't wrong.

I do all of my surveys through IE and I haven't had a problem. I did try a SSI 2 last week in FF that didn't credit so I'm chalking it up to a Firefox issue and not a specific survey issue. Just try another browser.
