A lot of members do not realize this, but the more that we know about you, the more money you can earn. Some merchants want us to target specific demographics of people. And they pay us to do it. For example today a new merchant wanted us to notify people who have previously made purchasers at certain other stores similar to them. We don't sell that information, but we are willing to contact our members ourselves. So about 300 members got a paid email from that merchant.
We use some different data to send offers like that. Some of it is based on past purchases you have made through our site. Some is based on offers you have done or surveys you have completed. Some is just based on filling out the information in your Member Profile.
So be sure that you fill out any information on Sunshine Rewards whenever you get the chance so that we can help you make more money. The more valuable our data is, the more opportunities that we get from advertisers. :)
