Filing a TT? email/header help

Looks like I have to file a TT. Coupon Trade order hasn't gone to pending-and I just now received the gift cards.

Tried to open one-but the how tos of the email/header thingy is beyond me.

Any help would be appreciated.

If it's like my computer you go to the email and highlight it without opening it, then right click the mouse and you will see the option "properties" click on that and it will open a window with two tabs at the top one that says "general" and the other says "details" click on "details"
It should show: Internet headers forthis message and in the box it will start with X-Real- To: (your email address)......
HIGHLIGHT all the info in that box and copy it. The copied info is the header information just paste it into the trouble ticket where it asks for the header info
