View Full Version : Disney DVD Gift Express Watch?????

I joined the Disney DVD Gift Express and it came with a free watch. The first DVD came on schedule with a cute watch. But the watch would not run. I e-mailed them and they sent me a second watch with my second DVD. This watch does not run. Is this an opperator problem? Did your watch work? If so what did you do to the silly thing?

I haven't checked mine yet...but sometimes there is something (plastic) protecting the battery...is there anything that looks like it can be pulled off hanging out the back of the watch??

I will check mine too. I haven't checked mine either. I just liked the case it came in and was happy with that! :) I will let you know!

I just got my first DVD in today with the watch and IT DOESNT WORK EITHER LOL. How can they send out free gifts that don't work??? :rotfl:

Another one here who JUST checked her watch and it doesn't work.

Just a thought....Could it be that the batteries are dead and need to be changed? I would try that first as batteries are somewhat inexpensive. :confused:

That's probably it. I just looked at mine and getting the strap off to change the battery is going to be a challenge. The pins on the side have to come out. I tried and can't get mine out. I don't want to break it. I'll have to keep at it.

Finally checked my watch & yep, not working! How odd that they send out watches that don't work/need new batteries!!

Has anyone changed their batteries yet? I'm having a hard time getting the band off.
