Ready for my first cash out

So I've been waiting to get to the magical $500 mark before I did my first cash out. Something about a big Disney gift card nstead of 5 smaller ones. Go figure! Well, I hit the mark Thursday night and woke up Friday morning to a balance of ....... $500.33

Thanks. I think I'm kind of a lucky demographic (single dad) that the survey companies are looking for. I seem to get alot of surveys in a short peiod of time. :clap:

Funny thing about that, I normally perfer quantity too but there's just something about wanting 1 - $500 card instead of 5 - $100 cards. Yeah, I know its the same thing but.....

I think it depends on if you are using it at the parks or paying off a balance online. Last time we went I had about 20 $25 cards LOL. I would do paypal and then order gift cards from Disneyland since they have so many different ones. Then I just applied them online so they never left the house.

I also love carrying one card with me, I take my $500 GC's with me to Disney and I love to flip that card out to pay for all our food and necessities, nothing like eating and drinking for FREE! We have DVC so food is really the only expense we have. It's easier for me to keep track of the balance with using only one card too, I put a little sticker on back and at the end of the day I write the balance down for the next day. I usually bring two $500 with me every trip if we go once per year....this year we are going twice and I'm pretty sure I will be able to cash out for my second card before we go but our second trip we'll have to eat cheap because I'll only be bringing one on that trip!

You can actually just go straight to the Rewards page and choose the Disney Cards. :)

Hi! Not sure when you're going, but if it's really in a couple of weeks, don't know that you'd get the gift cards in time???? I think it's 4-6 weeks...don't remember exactly.
