With most of the daily surveys being down as a result of the Directtrack system outage, here are some ways to make money while you wait for them to come back up:
Coupons.com (print your daily coupon)
MyView (surveys still working)
SurveyHead (surveys still working)
Sunshine Rewards Daily DealMail Signup
Vista Print 6 Free Products for Tax Season
We are working with Greenfield on a workaround so that you might be able to at least start taking those again.

Just got word that they have restored the main servers and are going to start bringing companies back online in the next hour. Hopefully that will mean our survey companies will be back up soon. I'll keep trying all of them and let you know what I see. If you post in this thread, you should get email notifications when I update.

As the owner/editor of Performance Marketing Insider, wanted to personally thank you for mentioning this, saw more than a few people coming out of this forum. It's always great to meet new people in the community and see what they are doing!
If Greenfield needs any references, I've been fielding calls all day about people who want to move over. A lot of people, this is the last straw.

They are now saying that it could take through the weekend to get everything restored. I'm just praying that it doesn't because we are taking such a huge hit to our revenue for this month that I'm now to the freak out point. A few hours of lost revenue is one thing. Multiple days becomes a really big problem. We're just pretty much totally helpless. I'm looking around to see if I can run any of the surveys anywhere else but so far am not finding anything. So the MV and SH are our only two options right now.

I just found the Samplicious survey running through a totally different network. I know that that these can sometimes be hard to get. But you might want to give it a shot if you have already tried MV and SH. It's called "Simplicio.us Survey" and it is listed under the Offers.
I appreciate those of you who are trying other things right now while half of our site isn't functioning properly. Thank goodness for shopping, MV, SH, and Coupons.com!!!

I was able to get this one, it did not credit like the other Samplious one does at 5 minutes after. Do you know how this works? It has the same completion screen as other one.

It tracks through a different system, so I would give it an hour or so.

Thank goodness for those couple of options for both us and you. Coupons.com is still one I can't seem to count on. I print one everyday and last date showing a "hold" is 02/19. Luckily, they are always coupons I would use regardless of getting credit here.

Tried the 3 surveys-all I was able to "get" was printing a coupon on coupons.com.,...but I did try:blush:.....

No luck with Simplicio right now, but Samplicious is the toughest one for me to get. I will try again later and have some shopping to do.

Did anyone else try SH and get a Toluna survey called "opinion surveys"?
I just completed one of these about insurance and it went to the page where you type in the code then this page "You have successfully completed a survey! To thank you for your time and for sharing your opinion with us, you have been automatically entered into our $50,000 sweepstakes. Remember: you may take up to one survey per day, which will increase your chances of winning! Good luck!"
It did not go to the normal ending page for SH and did not go back to SR and it did not credit right away. Thought you would want to knwo that I got a Toluna and completed it, but it was through Survey Head and so far no credit

I did get the option to do that but that is a 3rd party survey which is still related to GF so I did not even bother to try it. I think that was the problem its GF.
I did that Samplious and it never did credit, I had the same correct completion page but nothing.

Just completed the Samplico.us survey listed under other surveys. This one was powered by Qualtrics. It was baout office supplies. I will post when it credits

That is exactly my experience. My survey had to do with home audio and navigation-but the exact same routing experience. Definitely from Toluna....

That stinks! I just double checked the manual reports and we didn't get credit for those. :( I wonder if it has something to do with the problems with the Greenfield surveys being down since Toluna owns Greenfield?? Maybe they will import the credits for us later? I would say go ahead and keep trying to get others until you get a credit and if I see them manually load the extra credits, I will credit everyone with those as well.
My frustration grows deeper with every passing hour. :computer:

I'm so sorry this is happening, Tricia! I was in the hospital the last 2+ days so I didn't notice until today. I did manage to get a SH and MV, and I printed out some coupons...

I am 69 cents away from a $500 Disney gift card, and I am completely shut out of SH and MV. :computer: As frustrating as that is, I'm more worried for SR - I know I am only losing a couple of dollars each day and it is only temporary. Hope they can get the surveys up and running soon for SR and all of us! :sunshine:

I got a SH last night but it was through AMP. It was on electronics, about 30 minutes. At the end I got an error page and thought it was probably because it was actually an AMP, part of the surveys having problems.

Mine didn't credit either!
But I did get the MV, a different SH and coupons, plus I did a little shopping!

ANything else we can do to help things along? Is there any value in adding free games to the games forum and maybe getting sponsers for those?? I like gsn.com and pch games and they seem to have lots of advertisements....I know it isn't what you normally do, but I bet we have some game players on SR...........

Just completed a super fast Greenfield! AMP Long is working but I didn't qualify.
GF and AMP both just credited. Things are getting better.

Just completed a GF survey with no glitches. Did not credit at the top of the hour but I'll give it more time.
ETA: Credited about 15 minutes after the hour :)

Totally forgot that SM is on a different network than GF, so maybe that network isn't fixed?

managed to complete a ds, mv and a sh today. can't get into ssi so no ssi2 either, amp and sm have no surveys available for me and samplicio says i don't qualify for any of their surveys at this time. am totally happy with the 3 i have gotten so far today and if that is all i get that's just fine with me. good luck everyone in getting your surveys today.:sunshine:

just got a GF!
I plan on being a survey hog the next 2 weeks as I am off work and need to cash out soon for a 12 day vacation in April!
Hopefully everyone will bounce right back into taking surveys so Tricia's bottom line isn't hurt too badly. I made an old navy purchase as well, and I've been trying to find the OPI colors I want to buy online, but I can only find one seller and they aren't thru SR. :(

I am glad some of them of back, even though I get frustrated with them sometimes and have issues with credits sometimes, I 4 1 and glad they are back, I missed them. I will have to remember how it felt, when I get frustrated, not to have them.

Me too. I finished my AMP at 8:50am PST and it's two hours later and it still hasn't credited.
And I took a Samplicious and it ended with an error. Not a great day but I will be happy with what I get even though it's very frustrating to complete a survey only to not get credit.
Just happy for the earning opportunities! :sunshine:

I also did not get credit for MTC, since others have not maybe its a crediting issue for them, since it couple of us that it happened to.
On a positive note I did get credit for GF,MV, SH, and Samplious that I took today, yesterdays did not credit for me.

I completed an AMP around 12:15 and is has not credited.
Did a coulple this morning that credited fine. Finally got a SH this afternoon for my son to take. He completed it, got thankyou page and it routed back to SR page but no credit.

The other 2 will most likely credit at the top of the hour. :clap:

Too bad SSI is down- I almost always have terrific luck with that one.
Samplicious says no surveys for me.
But still 5 surveys in a couple hours is great!

i just got a real interesting ssi on an entertainment company. it was only 15 minutes long and a lot of fun to answer. keeping my fingers crossed that it credits after 4. will let everyone know when it credits. did not credit on the 1st hour so hopefully it will credit on the 2nd hour. mine didn't credit on the 2nd hour either. oh well, u win some u lose some. guess i can try again tomorrow and everything will be fixed and credit like it should. it did not credit on the 3rd hour either. not going to try any more today since this 1 did not credit. don't know why it did not credit but tomorrow is another day to try again and hopefully all will be working the right way and everything will credit correctly.

Did not credit at 4PM, but that sometimes happens that SSI doesn't credit on the first hour.
SSI didn't credit on the 2nd hour either, but its now a yellow light so some people are getting credit. The last 2 I have completed AMP and SSI did not credit so I think I am going to hold off on doing anymore surveys until tomorrow. Seems like something is still not quite right where surveys are crediting for some people but not for others.
Anyone having any luck with SSI or SSI2 crediting? I am beginning to think it might be my computer again as that makes 3 (SSI, SSI2, and SH) completed this afternoon with no credit.
I just got credit for DS, short AMP, SH, MV, MTC super member, and SSI. My SSI was on cruises and it actually credited pretty much immediately...

No GF, AMP or LiveSample for me either. Amp acted like it wanted to load so that one may just not have one for me but the other 2 are not working.
I can't load DS. AMP loaded fine for me, just didn't have anything available...

Greenfield is reporting that they are running again. Unfortunately, ALL of the networks are now missing data from about February 17. I am hoping that they get it figured out enough to be able to pay us for all of the surveys between Feb 17 and when it crashed. :(
I apologize incredibly for all of this mess. It has just been a nightmare. Probably one of the worst things ever to happen to us in terms of long-term outages and revenue issues. I will sleep much better when I know that it is all fixed!!

I honestly have no clue. I am really hoping that when they finally recover everything they will dump it all back into the system and everything will be fixed. My worst fear is that they will have lost everything. Including the records of the money that they owe us. But I am crossing my fingers.

Thanks for keeping up posted - sounds like a horrible mess. Hopefully they'll figure it out and you'll get paid what is due. You would think they would have a more current back up! :confused:
