SR Site

Anyone else having problems getting on SR? It gives me the Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage error. Is it just me??

I have No idea! I was in earlier this morning fine but now can't get in with either IE or Firefox. I was in the middle of checking car rentals through SR and when I refreshed I got the error. I've rebooted also. :confused: Hmph

check your internet connection. If its cable or dsl unplug your modem from the internet connection and then replug/connect.

I had that problem too. It's okay now, but was definately not the internet connection since other sites were working.

Mine has been working fine all day. I signed on at 6:30am or so and I haven't had any issues today. I hope it is working for you now.

Same thing here. I got on a for a few minutes. Didn't qualify for a survey and all of a sudden I can't get back....Mine says:

The website is unable to display the webpage HTTP 501/HTTP 505

In the browser where the website usually appears and it says:

HTTP 501 Not Implemented/HTTP 505 Version Not Supported
Across the Title Bar at the top (the blue bar where you minimize, maximize, close)

So far I've been able to get on anything else (including the forum)....

i'm having probelms, too. I'm wondering if it's the ISP. Sometimes certain ISP have problems accessing pages. I have Qwest, but I've seen it happen with Time Warner and Comcast before.

I have HughesNet Satellite Internet service.

I'm having problems too. We have TimeWarner / Roadrunner and it's actually showing me a page saying that sunshinerewards.com doesn't exist.

I've never had this problem before.

Of course, one of my ebay items is up tonight which I want to bid on. I seem to be having some bad luck this month!

I can't get to sunshine either. It is giving me a cannot find and sends me to a search engine. I can access the helping moms connect site. I still can't get to SR from there. :(

It's definitely some kind of DNS issue. Our email had been backlogged since about 10 this morning and it is all coming through now. SG is calling the hosting company just in case. Chances are pretty good that it is a bigger IP address beyond their control. But just in case, we're putting in a call to them.

I had trouble earlier this afternoon. First couldn't get on at all, then got onto the main webpage for about 2 minutes, but then couldn't get anywhere else on the site. We unplugged, then plugged router back in but that didn't help. Then I couldn't get onto any site, and now all seems fine. I figured something was wrong with Roadrunner. I'm just glad it seems to be okay now. I was trying not to panic without any internet.

I'm just going to ditto the problems the other are having. Haven't been able to get in since Saturday, but I can get to all the other links you've posted other than the beta site. Even the signatures on this board that are linked to sunshinerewards.com aren't showing up.

OK everyone....for those of you having problems accessing the site - can someone open a command prompt:

click START -> RUN and then type cmd

that should open a new window that is black with a flashing cursor.

at that cursor, type ping www.sunshinerewards.com does it reply back?
