I went into GF and was confused by the start up page, everyone getting this today? It seems to be the same question 1 page at a time, it took a long time to say no to me for no surveys. I am wondering why so one talked about this today. Is this what we can expect from now on?

I tried again, had survey options click the start tab and it will not move, I was thinking that mean none available now. Any thoughts I am not sure what is going on,

I just clicked to take a DS and the first page is very different with 1 question. YOUCK, I wish they would quit changing these things all the time, I rarely take an SH anymore because you have to fill out 2 pages of information after every time you get denied a survey! I wonder if they are actually saving money and weeding out false info or shooting themselves in the foot???

Update:Filled it all out only to be told Sorry no surveys!

I also got the very different first page, filled out my info and went into 2 surveys but didn't qualify and now there are no surveys for me.

when i first tried this morning i got the usual demos page but could not get a survey. just tried again and got the new pages and just got 1 on movies. i am keeping my fingers and toes crossed that it credits. i did notice at the end that i got the congrats page but there is no place on that page to go back to the member zone. will post 1 way or another.:sunshine: my ds just credited. woo hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was able to complete one also and I had the same thing happen, it does not go back to SR as it always does. Now for the wait to see what happens, I must say I do not like this change at all. I guess it hard for me to deal with changes when I do not know in advance that they are coming.

This is how it ended, and one more thing I have never heard anyone winning any money from GF for doing surveys. LOL!!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that the changes you are seeing today are changes that Greenfield has made across the board, not just with SR. We have sent Greenfield a link to the forum posts so they will be able to see your feedback on their changes. They have expressed to us that they are having success with these changes in regards to efficiency and crediting. The delays and problems with credits today may very well be the fact that it is the first business day of the month and we find that this is typical with most survey providers.

Part of it is being Monday. I also think that you are supposed to see less of those surveys where you take them for 10 minutes and then find out that you do not qualify.

I just noticed the change. I'm not a fan of it just so GF knows. I find it annoying to have to answer 1 question per page. I liked the old format with demographics on 1st page and qualifying items on the 2nd page.

Oh thank goodness. I realized one day I was spending up to 30 minutes a day trying to qualify.

So this morning when I logged into DS it immediately tells me there are no surveys for me. I try tonight and see:

but when I click on the "start arrow" nothing happens? So how do I take a survey when nothing happens when I click?

Guess DS doesn't like Firefox or there was a problem with that particular survey; I switched to IE and was able to get in and complete a survey. Really don't like IE, I do SO mush better with FF for Sunshine.

I have not been able to take a GF survey since 3/28, but today I got the following page after submitting the qualifying questions:

Today I got the guitar survey that is frozen. Not sure why I would get a guitar survey in the first place. I was using IE. Yesterday I got a page with no questions that kept telling me you must choose true or false. I clicked false and it told me I must select at least 1 true. Hope the bugs get worked out soon.

I got the guitar one again today in IE and it was frozen again. Guess it must be something with that survey. After that DS told me it had no surveys for me but I have been getting that most mornings for the last week; usually as soon as I complete the demo pages.

I am having the same problem but I have been doing GF every day since the format change. I was just posting about it:

It should not matter if it matches your SR address or not. We do not pass ANY information to them besides your user number.

I'm having the same issue. When I tried GF this morning, it sent me to the surveys- although I didn't qualify. This afternoon, I just get the error that my e-mail does not match. Hopefully it's just some kind of glitch and will be fixed soon!

I wondered what would happen if I tried Y2C and that is letting me in. Is it OK to take that one as the GF has been a problem for 2 hours now; doesn't seem like a short glitch? maybe it won't be fixed tonight?

Glad I checked the forum. I sent a message to SR, thinking that it was just me that could not get into GF because my email did not match. I should have checked here first and then I would have realized that it was not just me. Thanks for the info. Glad I am not the only one! Have a great night!

Still having the same problem this morning. I noticed that SM/Y2C is green so someone must be able to have gotten GF to work and then completed SM/Y2C.

I don't think there is any problem with taking SM/Y2C before you complete a GF.
(other than you would have to clear cookies between...)

I noticed that and wondered as well. On SM it pops up with that additional box to resubmit your e-mail. Once you re-enter the same one, it proceeds to the survey. I wonder if they made some changes to both surveys but the additional box to re-enter the e-mail is missing from the GF one.

GF indicated that they did start a new fraud checking mechanism as of 5:00 yesterday. I told her that I do not think that it is working right because we can't get surveys at all. She's checking with their development team right now.

i was finally able to get a ds this afternoon. finished it at 1:02 and it credited at 1:05. so glad it is now fixed.:party:

Looks like GF got it back up and running! I just completed a survey and it credited!

I was able to complete a GF-but it didn't credit at the top of the hour like it should have.

Initial demographics page, the check box page-and the "thank you" page looked really weird. Sort of a combination of the old yellow page and the newer orange/brown page-and the type was very strange. Looked like it wasn't loading all the way-some red "x"s where logos are supposed to be.

I know that doesn't make alot of sense, but it's the best way I can describe it.

Did anyone else get anything like that?

Tried to get another GF when the first one didn't credit, but wasn't able to.
