SSI problems?

Is anyone having trouble with SSI crediting today? I finished a survey and got the star page and expected it to credit right way, but it didn't, and it didn't credit at the top of the hour either.

I think it was about dog food. Anyone else having trouble?

I just completed one about dog food too and it did not credit immediately, Guess I will wait until 7PM.

I just completed one about magazines and it didn't credit immediately. I'm waiting for the top of the hour.....

My DH took an SSI and it didn't credit on the first or second hour. He said his survey was about dog food too.

I just took one about magazines as an SSI2 - I'll have to wait until 8:00 to see if it credits. If not, I won't try any more SSi surveys until we figure out what is going on.

No surprise, mine did not credit. Will try one more and see what happens,

No credit at the top of the hour.
Also took a MV that didn't route back properly-went to the MV page instead-and of course didn't credit.

One hour-3 surveys-and only one credited.

Just completed a SSI about 3rd party document storage that did not credit right away; if it doesn't credit at 8PM I am not going to waste anymore time on SSI until this is resolved.

this 2nd one didn't credit, doesn't seem any point in doing anymore :computer:

My SSI2 on magazines didn't credit either. I was hoping it might go through since I think it is a different network. :(

I'm not seeing any credits for the last few hours. I reported it to my contact there and will let you know as soon as I hear back. It will not likely be until sometime in the morning though. :(

I took one on paint shopping earlier (sometime around 4) completed and got the star page but still no credit.

My DS took one today because it asked to be completed by a child. He got the star page and it did not credit (that was around 3) Just took another one about joining a media panel and got the star page again and it did not credit either! Wish I had checked here first!

I just did an SSI about household items. It wasn't very long, but you can add me to the list of not crediting. Wish I had looked here first:)

u can also add me to the list of people who completed an ssi and it did not credit. guess i will hold off on trying again until this issue is resolved.

I did hear back. They said that they are tracking the completions but their reports are down for some reason. I keep watching for them to come back up. We might have to do some manual credits on the ones from yesterday.

Has this issue been resolved? I saw that someone got 9 surveys today so I went ahead and did an SSI, but I finished it a good 30 - 40 minutes ago and no credit right away and no credit at the top of the hour. That makes the third time I completed one of these with no credit :(
I need to go to that old saying...Fool me once, shame on you , fool me twice shame on me....No more SSI

These are actually crediting really well right now. :( Wonder if something on your computer is blocking the cookies?

I am sure Tricia will let everyone know when (or if) she gets any updates. A lot of us didn't get credit.

Unfortunately, no. They ran a report in their system and sent me a list of every single person who attempted a survey while the system was not crediting right and whether or not they completed the survey. I wonder if maybe some of you are not getting to a final completed page on the end of some of them for some reason??

I asked my DH if he completed the survey all the way through the star page and he said he did.

That's okay. We'll just keep trying for more surveys! :)

totally finished an ssi2 today and when i went to submit it a white page came up saying ie cannot display the webpage. refreshed the page a couple of times and i kept getting the same message. went in, deleted my cookies and tried again and now ssi2 does not come up at all. i think it died. oh well, u win some, u lose some. guess i can try again later and hopefully this issue will be resolved soon. was finally able to get an ssi2 this morning, totally completed it and it just credited. woo hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We aslo completed 2 SSI surveys on Monday. DS got one early in the day and then I got one later in the day both went to the star rating page. But they were both SSI 1, we did not get credit for the second one either. Anyhow I am happy with the credits I did get for one Monday and one on Wednesday. Thanks

Thanks for the SSI credit! My SSI2 from the same day did not come through, and I did get the star page as usual. I appreciate the one you were able to get! :sunshine:

Any new SSI problems? I just finished a survey about being a business owner. I know I answered all correctly and thoughtfully, was thanked and then it went to the page "although you did not qualify" but it did say one last question and thank you for completing you will be rewarded .... :computer:

Mine credited right away this morning. I have noticed in the past that SSI would sometimes credit on the 2nd hour but not since the change to immediate credit.

Is anyone else having this issue and losing a lot of credits? It seems like I have at least two problem surveys a week right now, usually one DS and an SSI. The DS issue seems to be limitted to surveys that don't route back to the congrats page, but no clue on why I can't get SSI's star page to load.

Have you tried using a different browser? Just a suggestion. FF works so much better for me than IE.
