Kohls & Diapers.com question

I ordered some things from Kohls online 14 days ago and hasn't gone into pending yet. Same thing with Diapers.com. Ordered 9 days ago and no pending.

Does anyone know if Kohls and Diapers.com takes a while to go into pending? Thank you!

They should not take more than 3-4 days. Interestingly, they run through the same network. It makes me think your computer blocked the cookies for some reason. Ashleigh should be able to take care of those via trouble ticket.

Open a trouble ticket for the one that is 14 days old and wait until tomorrow which will be 10 days for the other and open a trouble ticket for that one also. Once you have done that they will look in to it.

Thanks ladies! I hate having to open TT's, more for the person on the other side having to work on them. But since diapers was a fairly big purchase, I will.
