Question about shopping exchange?

I don't know if anyone will know, but I bought $88 worth of Coldwater Creek online about 10 -14 days ago and got my SR credit. I tried on the stuff and didn't like the way it fit, so I went and exchanged in store...she rang it up as a return, but then I stood there and bought $119 worth of merchandise- but she did it as two transactions- one a return and one a purchase, instead of an exchange. I'm probably going to lose my SR credit, huh.....:( :( I'm sad and I feel badly, cause I also want SR to get that kickback. Hopefully it will still work?

If you returned it to the store instead of the online store you may be ok. It just depends on the merchant and whether they have a way to track the returns.

Yes, I went to the regular store. And FYI- if you have one nearby, they are having a HUGE sale- I saw nothing over $34.99. Skirts that were normally $89 were $20, jewelry all $14.99 and $9.99, tops as low at $9.99. Amazing deals.
