Problem with shopping order-need help pls

I'm not sure what to do, on 8/31 I ordered a couple of magazines thru Best Deal, but have not seen a pending credit in my account. I can't file a TT because I never got an email confirmation from Best Deal, but my cc was charged.

Go ahead and file the TT. I think I actually remember seeing a credit come through without the subid in it properly. Just let Ashleigh know when you file the ticket that I said it was okay. :)
