I am not getting credit for doing surveys. I did two yesterday and one this morning and have not received credit. I clear my cookies and take my time completing them. What am I doing wrong? Any advice will be helpful, because I feel like I am wasting my time. TIA

OK, my first question is how frequently are you clearing cookies? Some people clear too soon after a survey and don't give it a chance to credit. They should credit within two hours.

I have waited at least a couple of hours and still have not gotten credit. In fact I took a survey this morning at around 8am and still no credit. I am reluctant to take another one. Any advice?

What browser are you using? Some of them cause problems with crediting. Firefox and certain Internet Explorer ones usually work best.

I use IE8. I haven't used Firefox so maybe I will try that.

I have way better luck with Firefox than IE. CCleaner is best for clearing cookies and it's free.

I can't remember how to find my Firefox settings, but I also use IE 8 (except I use FF for SSI surveys because I had creditting problems and it seems to work better for me) and the IE8 settings are:
Go to Tools, then Internet Options.
Click the Privacy tab.
Under settings, click Advanced.
Override automatic cookie handling box should be CHECKED.
ACCEPT First and Third party cookies.
Always allow session cookies should be CHECKED.
Click OK.
Click Apply.
Out of curiosity, which surveys are giving you problems? Have you gotten any to credit?

Thanks. I changed my settings in IE8 so hopefully my luck will change. I was not getting credit for the SSI surveys, survey head router, live sample, your2cents, and greenfield.
