Disney Question

I know a lot about Disney and have been there umpteen times starting with my honeymoon when it was just the MK and nothing else. So I suppose I should know the answer to this, but I have no clue about this one.

Can Disney gift cards be used for tipping with the free dining plan??

I think that anything that can be put on your room can be paid for with gift cards because you apply the cards to your room balance. We have used them on the cruise ship that way to pay for tips.

Yeah, Tricia's recommendation would be easiest. You can also use gift cards to pay for tips at the restaurant, but in the times I've witnessed it, it can get confusing for the servers handling the cards. If you just apply them to your room, it's only one card, one option. Then just stop by the front desk to apply the gift cards to your balance before they batch out any charges.

yes, what Tricia and dwkay8 said ...it is the easiest option.
As dwkay8 says; It can be used at the restaurant, but does get confusing to the server!
