Charlie Brown's It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown.

Now that I have a dog, I truly belive Charles Schultz was a genius. He made us believe Snoopy was a "human dog", yet he let Charlie believe he was just his dog. Do you get what I am saying?

And how many of us followed something we wanted to be true-Lucy in the Pumpkin Patch with Linus waiting for the Great White Pumpkin to appear-and it doesn't. And Lucy getting so angry because she missed getting candy and trick or treating etc.

That is my favorite of all time. I have watched that show every year since I was a kid.

Favorite song, The Banana Boat Song-Theme song from Beetlejuice-"Shake Shake Shake LaNora" that movie scared the crap out of me. Scary movie-so it should qualify.

I love the MNSSHP party music as well. I bought the CD several years ago to get the Boo To You and You (happy Halloween) song. I play in on my porch every year. The CD has the full parade music so there is Haunted Mansion stuff too. No spooky, but fun.

I love the monster mash song. We used to play it over and over again on our little red record player while giving out candy on halloween when I was a kid. Gosh, that makes me sound old, LOL!

One of my all time faves and one that I have been watching since a child is It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. I always feel so sad for poor old Chuck and just want to strangle the meanies! And poor Linus! What a goombah! :rotfl:
As for songs, I think Michael Jackson's Thriller is up there. I am not a ghoulish halloween girl. I like the princess, super hero costumes. No scary. No blood. No guts and gore. ick!
For me it is fun to dress up and my kids love it too. We won't be this year though, because we will be in Orlando visiting my bestie and trick or treating is not her idea of a good birthday time!! :p

My favorite Halloween Movie is "It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown." I watch it every year. Love Charlie Brown's ghost costume with all the holes in it and all the rocks he gets instead of candy. Poor kid!

My favorite Halloween song is a tough one. I like Monster Mash but I also like Thriller by Michael Jackson. Both make me think of Halloween. :pumpkin:

My movie and song go hand in hand. I love Halloween movies but it is tradition in our home to watch all of the HALLOWEEN movies and my favorite song is the theme song for the movies. It just something about the 2 together that adds to the scary.

Favorite Movie - Halloween themed would be "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" and non-Halloween is "Wizard of Oz", because when I was growing up it would always be on TV every year right before Halloween.

I love horror movies but my fave Halloween movie is The Nightmare Before Christmas. My daughter loves it too, so its something we can share together. It was actually the very first movie she ever saw in the theater, when they re-released it in 3D. We saw it every year that they showed it in the theaters, wish they still did. :pumpkin:

I'm so not a fan of scary movies. I scare way to easily. For Halloween movies I do love The Great Pumpkin (what's a holiday without the Peanut's gang?), and I really liked the Disney Channel movie Twitches. I really don't know any Halloween songs....
