I'm guessing probably not, but is there any chance Choice Hotels runs some kind of really good discount on Black Friday/Cyber Monday? My brother has a special rate reserved for his wedding and I'm wondering if there's any chance of a better deal.

Probably not. Usually the travel places do not really give good deals on those days. They tend to pop up kind of sporadically.
