I placed two shopping orders within a couple days of each other and both showed up as pending in my account history on the same day. Unfortunately, I had to cancel one of the orders but it is the other order that shows the correction. Since the order I cancelled (the one still showing a pending amount) was actually for more money, I'm not sure what to do.

When I had something funky happen in my account, I put in a Trouble Ticket, using the questions about the account option. I explained it thoroughly using credit ID numbers and order numbers, and she took care of it for me. :)
