Mine is pending. I usually make our photo books through Costco, but will definitely try this one out instead since we get 10% back and the price is comparable when they have sales or coupons (like right now)

Because this is actually through their sale program, not just through lead generation. It's the only way to make it such that you get rewards for signing up plus additional rewards if you make a purchase. Kind of the same as when you make a first purchase at Shutterfly and get the flat rate.
