I would normally have posted this in the 'thank you' thread for trouble tickets but I thought this one deserved its own. Thank you for getting my credit for a Pet Care Rx trouble ticket that I filed in October, 2011! That's amazing - and customer service above and beyond!! Just goes to show that you should never give up. Thanks again, Ashleigh and Tricia - you guys are the best!
