Nice! I tried this thru another rewards place and they are having trouble with it so I'm switching to SR to do this. I print thru coupons.com anyway so I may as well do all my coupons here. I know I'll get the credit to my account! :)

Just curious - when should the $1.00 for signing up show up in our account? I signed up yesterday through the link in the email but haven't seen it show up yet. This looks like a great idea, thanks.

These should take 24-48 hours. We are starting to see credits come through but they are delayed like shopping.

I signed up yesterday and added some coupons to my Kroger Card. Went to Kroger yesterday and bought two of the items, can't wait to see how it comes out. The items are not showing that I purchased them, it way be a lag with the stores getting the information to Savingstar.

I used my first Kroger coupon on Sunday. I'm anxious to see how long it takes to show up in both my SavingStar account and my Sunshine Rewards account. I'm guessing that after we see it in our SavingStar account it will be a day or two before it gets reported back to show up in our SR accounts.

I find that the money shows up in my SavingStar account within 3 days. I think it may depend on which stores you use and how fast they process the info. I use Wegmans, CVS and Tops.

My SavingStar $1 is pending and I used my first two coupons at Kroger this morning so I'll be watching to see what the time line on all of it is. It's a really interesting idea and it'll be great if it works like it seems like it will!

My Kroger coupons took 10 days to hit my SavingStar account, but I got a notice this morning that they did! Interestingly, I even got the SavingStar deal on a couple of products that I had used store coupons on. So it was double the savings. Now we'll see how long it takes to hit my SR account since they hit my SavingStar account.

Unfortunately, I'd already signed up for SavingStar before this offer came out, but it is really nice. We only have one goricery store near me that accepts it and that store is pretty overpriced. I don't shop there too much, but when I see a decent price, I will jump on it. You can use store coupons for an "instant" discount and you will also get credit in your SavingStar account too:love:.

my savings star credits showed up today, a full 14 days after the coupons were used. I shopped at Kroger.

Now we see how long it takes to see them on the SR side. Hopefully they come through here too - it may be a pokey process, but I won't mind if I see that it works!

It's my understanding that even if we were previously a member of SavingStar, we can get the credits for the coupons. Is this correct? I went thru SR the day this was first posted and have done so ever since but I haven't seen any credit for any of the coupons. I looks like some others have gotten their credits.

These should definitely come through. Go ahead and file a trouble ticket and give Ashleigh the username/email address that you use for SavingStar and we can at least contact them and see what might be going on.

I haven't seen anything either from SavingsStar, and I've been clicking through here to get the coupons - although I can't tell you exactly when I started clicking through SR - I'd think its been at least two months. ?? Should I still put a TT in? I'm going to pay more attention going forward.

I think mine usually come through SR about a week after I see them in my Savingstar account. I know Ashleigh has reached out to them about someone else who has been using them and never getting credits. You can open a TT and just give her all of your login information (like username and name on the account) and hopefully they can check out your account and see why you are not getting credits for them.

Ashleigh helped me get credit due to me. I haven't seen anything since though. I figured I'd wait until the end of the week and do another TT.

I was having problems when it first started. I did a TT a couple of times and got credit. Then it seemed to be crediting fine. I just looked back and for the past 3 months I only got credited for $.10 each month! Not sure what I've been credited for and what I haven't but I guess another TT is coming your way............

I'm starting to worry about these. I think for some reason if your userid is associated with them in a weird way, you don't get any credits at all. We can't file normal credit disputes with them like we can with other merchants. If they can't figure out what is going on soon, we may just have to stop offering credits for them. :(

Go ahead and reopen the last one and just ask Ashleigh if she can contact them and tell them that it continues to happen with every coupon you use.
