I tried this and it was pretty easy. Probably took me about 10 minutes. They have told me that it is tracking pretty well, so we might as well give it a shot!

This was at the beginning for me, after I put in my DOB

What is the ending of the survey supposed to be? Is there a "completed" or "thank you" type page at the end? I took a survey all the way through saying what I thought of the survey (length, time, etc) and then I got a "welcome" page asking for date of birth. Once I entered that I went to the screen Scard mentioned. So, I thought I completed one, but now I'm not sure!:confused:

Mine eventually went to that page looking for Date of Birth as well. That's where I stopped. Checking with them now.
