computer froze during survey

My computer froze during a greenfield survey:computer:. I had to x off ( I was doing great) Can I try to go back on? I did not complete it. It is the daily survey

Yes if it allows you to go back in, and you don't get the exceeded message then you can.

that happened to me last night........got to the final questions (demographic and it would not take my zip code...kept saying need a 5 digit zip...) I kept imputting the info but it would not budge............I was so frustrated.....I spent over 30 minutes on that survey and I know it is not going to credit since it didn't let me finish!!!
