I am getting an error, too. I was assuming it was because I was not using an ios device when I clicked. Where were you clicking from?

Tried the offer through Safari on my iPhone but the link redirected to a blank page.

Just clicked the link with my iPone and it says "The website or offer you just clicked on is no longer available." :-/
