Survey Credits Rejected

Anyone else get this today and Tricia can you please tell me why money is being taken out of my account? The one being called a credit was also taken out so $2.25 was taken out of my account just now.

And I also only got 1 credit on 3/5/14

I did and received credit for 4 surveys yesterday. This was the first time I was able to do 4 in one day. :party:
