Right now the only other one is Cheap Tickets (which is part of Orbitz). If you want to put some pressure on Orbitz, feel free to contact their customer service and tell them that you will not be shopping there as long as they are not working with us. We have had some luck with that in the past.

The others that are currently threatening us that we have to get our sales up are Gap and Old Navy. They gave us until the end of May. We have been trying to talk to them but they haven't returned any of our emails.

I would think that they have to honor their agreement until they were no longer associated with SR. I booked a trip 4/9//14 and completed it 4/2514 and I was denied payment because they have pulled out of the SR program. However, they were listed as being part of the SR program with a 3% payoff when I booked the trip and when I completed it.
This miffs me somewhat as I would not have used them otherwise.

We are losing a LOT of money on this. We had already credited a bunch of member accounts and people had even cashed out and now they took the money back. :( Sommer is looking into the trouble tickets to see if there is anything she can do but we have tried to email them about it already in the last month and they completely ignored it. I am SO angry at the way that they are handling this!

I will contact their customer service about this, the cashback rate from Cheap Tickets was the only reason I picked them over other travel sites.
