I would like to send my sister in law a link to SR with my SR number, maybe even the whole banner so that I can refer her, I think that she would LOVE this. But anyway, I know where the banners are but how does one include that in a regular email?? Just cut and paste?

I think that's all you have to do. Worse case if the banner doesn't work just copy and paste the weblink which is above all the banners.
