Error Message When Redeeming for a Gift Card

I just cashed out for a Disney Gift Card and received this message:

We are sorry. You have already redeemed the maximum allowed each month. You must wait until next month to redeem your credits.

When I checked my history, my last redemption request was in Nov, 2014. And the amount of today's request was debited from my account. I just would like to know if the request went through or not.
