Getting started for Q3 SM status. [Archive]

Faith how about getting us started towards making Q3 2008 SM. What is our breakdown per day that we need to earn to achieve our goal of $100 this quarter?

(remember everyone that earnings starting tomorrow count towards SM status for Q3)

ETA: Ok for fear that I am confusing people. This thread is for all of us trying to make $100 in earnings during Q2 so that we can be Super Members in Q3. Clear as mud I hope?

90 days to make supermember comes to an easy goal of $1.12 each day.

A survey (greenfield) done today will count toward next quarter's goal.

We will also get a bonus from any surveys taken this month and I think that bonus will also be part of next quarter's money.

So start next quarter off with a bang! Take a survey!

Thanks Faith. I'm also going to put my ticker countdown in this thread. I like doing it in the SM section but I want to encourage non-SM and get everyone involved so that thread is moving here into this thread. :)

It is very doable, by doing a DS a day with bonus is almost enough to put you there without doing anything else! Throw in an OTX survey, offers Tricia puts up and it is SO doable!

Of course I've done some shopping the last 2 days, carrot ink 15%, newegg 1%, shoebuy 11% and scholastic 4%! :) that should get me off to a good start!

Well, I tried to get a jump-start on next quarter by doing the PedEgg offer yesterday....thinking that it would have a credit hold and come off on 4/15. But that darn Tricia is so on the ball that it already credited today! :rotfl:

I think that's a great idea to break it down to reasonable amounts per day. I HAVE to stay on track this quarter cause I hated that anxious panicky feeling I had this quarter when I waited till the end.

I'm going to join in our daily accountability too. I know I won't be doing much shopping this quarter (unless I win the lottery :rotfl:) so I have to be on the ball... :sunshine2:

I love the first day of the month... only time I'm on the big board... I'm eager to start working on my goal, but I'm not having good luck with the surveys. Guess I'll go looking through the list of offers and see what I haven't done.

Alrighty. Off to get started. By my calculations I need to earn $1.11 per day to make SM for Q3 2008.

Today I have 10 cents from paid emails.

Off to try OTX and the SM survey. Mike will try the Daily survey tonight. He has not been successful lately though.

Haven't been able to try for a survey but my bonus from last month came through so I have 3.30 for the day!!

Right there with you Angela. I have $4.34 in pending right now and I got a
$.01 click this am and $.02 wins both today and yesterday on scratch-off:cooldance:. Pretty pitiful start, but we'll see. I almost never get surveys, so sad to say I rarely try anymore. I need to find some time to work on some offers and try to build my balance...maybe during vacation I will have some time. I have found working full time, that my time has become much more limited when I can be on here "working."

I figure I need $1.08 a day at this point. I do have shopping credits, but nothing pending as yet. One is for a hotel I booked for April 11th. I don't think it credits until after the stay. Another is for Sierra Trading Post done on March 30th. Being the "brainiac" that I am not, I cleared cookies, shopped quickly through SR, then found I was logged out. What a moron I am sometimes. Hoping Miss Angie, with her excellent detective skills, will somehow figure it out!:angel: I also ordered some clothes from Coldwater Creek March 30th. This time I WAS logged in! I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed that my shopping will all credit eventually.:sunshine: If it does, it will take a little pressure off me as far as getting a survey every day.

Although, like my Mom, I do have a Sierra Trading Post & a hotel credit that should come through sometime this month ("Spring" and I shop together via the phone...can you tell, LOL?!).

Today I have 2 cents from the scratch off.
My OTX from yesterday credited at midnight SR time so thats another 75 cents
So just another 31 cents for today to meet my goal. Clearing cookies and trying the AMP survey offer.

(just realized hotels.com is a SR merchant so UK hotels will be booked there so we can get some disney money :sunshine:)

Yes, my Big Board bonus credited for 3/31 - I should have realized it would do that. It would hardly be fair to get a jump on this month that most others didn't! Anyway, I have around 10 for this month already, and a 3.96 credit that will come thru in a couple days. Got all 3 surveys plus AMP today, so it was a good day even if other offers don't want to credit well for me!

I'd love to join in too. It took me forever to figure out how to make money here and then when I did, I made SM easily this past quarter. But now I'm afraid that I'm not going to make it the next. This will help to keep on track.

I've earned $13.20 this quarter already. :cooldance: I have a $15 pending credit from Blockbuster which should credit mid-month. That gives me a really nice start.

Not counting the Blockbuster one, I need to earn $86.80. Just about $1.00 per day.

Looks like you are doing awesome! If you keep this up, you'll do well. You might also want to check out the paid credits section. The OTX surveys are available to take once every 24 hours (and they will let you know if you try to take them any sooner!) If you go into the paid offers section and tab over to the fast crediting, these offers can help jumpstart your balance. They usually credit on the top of the hour after you've taken them. Just be careful to only do perhaps 2 or 3 a day or you might stop getting credit. HTH

I have some shopping orders that should show up pending sometime this week, but without those by my calculations I need to earn .99 a day to make SM. That shouldn't be a problem at all! I say that now, but I need to stay on top of the game.

It is Elemis Aching Muscle Super Soak and it is great for sore muscles and to just sooth away your neck and back aches. I really like it and it has a great smell but a little pricey at $55.00 a bottle but it lasted about 4 months.

Today is day 7 of the quarter... by my $1.12/day goal I should now be at $7.84, and I am not.... so time to do some surveys and offers and see if I can get back on track.
I need to be motivated to do some offers now... especially the manual credit ones. To help me in future goals when I don't get a survey.

I'm really good about doing a gf survey each day, so I will (as suggested below) try to do at least one offer each day as well.
So far I got a gf survey, I did the cash giveaway offer, and I'm trying to get an otx survey (but it is really slow)..

I really need to get busy on my taxes though... hopefully I can finish them today, and have more time to work on SR.

I've been doing great so far - It looks like I only have $7.04 so far this quarter BUT... I have 43.35 pending by the end of the month! So I'm already at $50 by 4/26.

The surveys aren't going as well as I like... somedays I can't seem to catch a break on them. Oh well! I'll just keep shopping instead... :rotfl:

I got a gf survey today. I actually enjoyed the survey...good topic... right length. Not too many grids of confusing questions... none of the if this object was a person stuff that I hate.

Doing really good $19.02 so far with $80.98 to go down to $1.05 a day to go. Trying to make sure I do the survey everyday and trying a couple of offers only about 10% credit but thats life. I'm saving for out 2 Disney vacations one in September and again in December. Every dollar helps

I'd check some of the sticky posts on this forum to see what you can do to improve your offers %... I get 90+% to credit on the first try... and have a 99% rate after a second try

There is 76 days left in this quarter.....so I have $72.45 left to earn. I need to earn apx. 95 cents a day. I have been doing pretty good with my surveys, surprisingly. I have had one every day except maybe 4 or 5 for the month. I am pretty happy with that. I have only qualified once for the SM survey, but will keep trying.

DH needs to buy a new grill. I am hoping he will try to order one online and I will earn some shopping money there.

Ok, so I am low person on the pole. $27.07 for the quarter but it is over a $1 a day so I should make the $100 day mark in the 73 days to go. If I just keep doing surveys and try 1 offer a day.

Yesterday Mom came over and she bought a dog bed for over $50 from Fetch.com and I bought some things at Wal-Mart. Still waiting for anything from my Vista order. All together that should be around $15.

It just adds up.

Man work has been a killer the past few days and about to get worse. SR time is definitely dwindling. I have 72 days left I think and need 83ish cents per day which is doable with a daily survey and OTX survey each day.

I know how you feel. Things have kicked in a notch here this week (even though I thought we were slowing down) and greenfield hasn't been much of my friend this week either. I did place my first drugstore order today though (hoping I can start making that a habit for household stuff) and have done a little more shopping so that should make up for my lack of time I hope.

I'll come do an update post today though so I can stay motivated.

Not having a problem meeting my daily goal, but that is probably because I'm using this thread to hold myself accountable. I got a gf survey and did an offer today.

Even doing an offer a day I doubt I'll ever run out of offers... everytime I get a nagging worry, Tricia adds a bunch more, or I start digging through old offers, and wonder how I missed some.

I'm in the 60s on the big board which is really great... I know if I manage to finish the month with in the top 100 all three months, I usually qualify for SM no problem.

That's the name of the Super Member Daily Survey worth .60. You'll be able to take it once you hit SM! LOL That's how I was when I first joined I was determined to make it!

Oy I've been a lazy bum lately. Why can't I be a newbie at work and have less responsibility and more time to play around? I need to get my behind in gear again.

Thanks - so I guess it's a matter of personal preference as to whether someone decides to include it or not? As long as they think about that 6/30 daily survey. I forgot it wouldn't credit until the next day - which would be the beginning of the next quarter.

For me, I'll stay with 70 days to go. It looks like I'll make it for next quarter, I just don't want anyone else thinking they have an extra day when they might not depending on how they look at it.

Definitely a combo of preference and knowledge of when things will credit. :)

Also remember I'm on Pacific time, so it's not even 5pm out here. I could get scads of credits before the day ends. :p Whereas someone on Eastern or Central time has less, well, time in their day (unless they are staying up until midnight eastern time) so right now at this time of day it would make more sense to think of it as 70.

I'm kind of crazy, though, b/c we're going on vacation in late May, so I really shouldn't be counting all those days. Then again, I have some credits pending through May that I'm ignoring, so if I just make my daily, based on 71 (right now) goal, those extra credits will see me through the days I miss.

Exhausting to type out. :p

Right now I need 77.957746 (:rotfl: ) cents per day to make it.

I am at 41.63 for the quarter. I thought it was a challenge getting my 400 for my down for the cruise for next year and then today I look and I already have 67 and some change in there. Loving that.

I've reached my 100 already, thankfully! Last quarter was really hard and I barely made it in, so I wanted to hurry and get it out of the way this time around. :)

$38.76 so far. I need 61.24 but not sure how many days are left. I think 68 so that means .90 a day or two surveys and some more offers just to make sure I get the SM status.

While now that we have a few more days left at the apartment, I don't have internet. I am up at the college using the blazing fast T3 line and loving it.

I got both surveys done and did them first thing so if I keep coming back for the next 2 days I can keep working towards my SM status!

Then when we get to the ranch I am back to straight DSL. I will try for the surveys at nite after we get settle in. At least the commute and travel is done and we will home for good.

I am driven and obsessed to get SM! Disney is in our future.:sunshine:

I'm a bum!! I've been getting daily gf surveys...yeah! but I've gotten caught up in the NW contest the past couple of days and haven't kept up with my offer a day plan.
NW just takes so long...I'm going to try harder to find some time to squeeze in one offer on top of Survey and NW... but since I'm ahead of my goal, I'll let NW take priority over offers if I run out of time.

I just signed up for a credit card! Oh, there goes my excellent credit score. It drops when you apply for a new card. But with my credit I was approved, now I wait 6-8 weeks and hope it credits in this quarter!

I have been having problems getting a daily survey the last couple of days. Yesterday was a big strike out - and not getting the daily prevents me from trying for a SM one. I'm not complaiing, I'm just spoiled in that I have gotten so many over the last couple of months and yesterday was the first day I couldn't. :(

I hope things perk back up for everyone who is having a tough time. :sunshine:

$45.94 as of this morning. I have a $10 CC offer that may post before the quarter closes. I am doing a survey a day and plan to make the SM status.

Do we have to wait until next quarter to get into SM or does it take effect when we make the $100 mark? Also, it is easier to stay in SM once you make it because of the extra survey?
