We are excited to be working with Precision Sample in a new survey opportunity that is unique to anything we have ever done!
Super Members have been testing the system this week with some very good results. I'm opening it up now to people who visit the forum regularly before I announce it to all members next week:

Basically you take some profile surveys and they save all of that in the system. They will then serve up survey opportunities that you are most likely to qualify for including the length of the survey and how much you can be paid. We've seen members make up to $3 a survey in the last week.
The more information that they have from you, the more likely you are to get invited to the targeted surveys. You can take surveys as often as they are listed for you (I actually have 5 listed for me right now).
Give them a shot and post how it is going for you so that we can make them as good as possible.

Thanks for posting the link Tricia. I hadn't signed up for the SR forum so this is the only way I could try the new network. I was able to get a survey and complete it. Looks like the credit showed up in the my acct. immediately(on "hold"-is that typical??). But now when I go back to my profile to try another survey, I click on it and all it does is hang there(with the loading circle-but not loading) if that makes sense. Should I use Ccleaner between these surveys? Does it make a difference?

I had 2 survey's, when I clicked on the first one, it disappeared. I clicked on the 2nd one and it said I participated already. I never did either one yet. So I don't know if I just didn't qualify.

Took 1 this afternoon- waiting for credit.
I like seeing what is available and the dollar amount per survey- I can pick that way. Hopefully this one works out- I also like the ability to take more than 1. I tried 3 others but got disqualified or surveys were closed

I check out these every day but I work full time and often see 15-18 minutes for .30 and am not sure that is the best use of my time. I usually try the other SR surveys first

Completed 2 of these yesterday. The second one was a lot longer than the posted time.
The only thing I do not like is the fact that the surveys do not credit right away or that day- they go into pending and credit 10 days later.

The hold on credits has now been removed. After midnight tonight you should see everything you have taken so far credit (probably around 4am?) plus everything you take from now on will credit immediately. :)

The hold on credits has now been removed. After midnight tonight you should see everything you have taken so far credit (probably around 4am?) plus everything you take from now on will credit immediately. :)

Mine too (for the 2 I completed on Tuesday), but the ones I completed yesterday credited within a few minutes of completion.

Two things-first up-still trying to navigate the new look forum. Can 't figure out how to reply without hitting the "reply with quote" button......???
Second, I completed all three surveys that this company had for me back to back. Only two of them credited. The third one-an Opinion Bar with commericals-think it was entitled "Fun Pet Study" for .80-routed to the Opinion Bar website when I clicked "submit"-rather than back to SR. Didn't credit. Did I do something wrong?

If you don't get a credit for it, be sure to click on the Support button and let them know what you got. They should be able to track the survey to your id.

Just completed one on Pool chemicals for $0.80, had issues with pages loading but finally got through the survey, and instead of the usual congratulation screen I go sent to the Opinion Bar page. I emailed them when I was at 65% of the survey because it was stuck on a blank screen for about 3 minutes. Hopefully I get credited

I did the exact same one! Got a screen at the end that said I completed the survey, but it was not the usual completion screen Tried to submit to support and nothing happens when I click send . . .

I tried another one and got the correct completion screen and it did credit in a short period of time. It seems something was wrong with the host of the other survey we took yesterday.

Hi! I am new to here and these surveys. Anyone having problems with not being able to select an answer? It lists a whole bunch of choices, but no option to click on or select?
I complete this surveys in Chrome, is there another browser that works better?

What surveys are you talking about that you ae having problems with? May be able to help with more details.

I'm having trouble logging in. I had to reset some things on my computer because of malware. Anyone have any idea of what I need to do?

Sorry, the ones that I was having problems with were the ones linked under this SR Opinion Network. I didn't know they were all different types of surveys. But under Firefox I don't have a problem.

Doing well with these,love the higher paying opportunities. Now they want me to put my hone address, name, etc in and click "JOIN". Is this something we should do?

I went ahead and filled in the rest of my info and clicked "join" and it basically gave me the same survey opportunities. I put an email in to them to ask why the change but I suspect it is just because they are continuing to augment the profile information. The terms still state that they cannot sell your information. And my contract with them says that they cannot use my members' information for themselves.
I just took a 10 minute survey for a $2 credit. That has been my favorite so far!

Most of mine are $0.40 to $0.80, with an occasional one in the $1.00 range.

They must have just added a bunch more surveys because my list jumped up to 12 available for me now. Lowest is 30 cents and highest is $1.50. But one is 40 cents for only 5 minutes so I am going to jump on that!

I gave them my info as well. So we will not/should not get emails from them? Thanks so much for getting this opportunity for us. Thus far, I have had a lot of success with them. It's nice to see the credits come in right away too.

Right now we have it set up with them that they will NOT send opportunities to our members directly. If our members decide that they want notified by email of opportunities each day, we can turn that on later but it will still direct you to the ones that get your SR credits...not anything that is their system directly.

I have been looking the last 3 days, and I only have, "no survey's available". I have 2 profiles done.

I was really excited to try this because my luck with getting surveys on SR has really declined(and my earnings here at SR have really declined as well). It is to the point where I haven't even bothered to try for months because I can't complete a survey, I would go through a lot of questions and then get booted out, over and over again.
Unfortunately, so far this isn't working for me either. I just tried two, the first booted me out after I answered a few questions, no big deal, but the second went on even longer than the time specified with questions, just to tell me I don't qualify. I feel like they got a lot of my answers and time and I don't get credited for it. This is exactly why I had stopped doing surveys on SR in the first place.

In terms of earnings, they have quickly risen to our most popular survey...followed by Greenfield Daily Surveys and Opinion Central. But they are almost 20% higher even than Greenfield for the month. And that was with us not even rolling them out to the full membership until halfway through May.

I have been doing very well with these, but I have just had my first glitch. I completed one, but it got stuck on the submit screen and wouldn't advance. Can we submit these for the Second Chance Sweeps like the other regular surveys?

That is good news! The one that hung on me was also for .70 but it was on home technology. Most of the surveys I complete do credit without any problems, but I guess glitches are going to occur every now and then.

I just completed my first one (I've taken a break from surveys for a couple of months) - I didn't qualify for the survey that I first entered but it asked if I wanted to try for another - I said yes. Took a survey about workplace emails - wasn't sure how much I would get - completed the survey and within a couple of minutes it credited and I got $2.40!!! for a less than 10 minute survey!! After I completed three on the first day - I'm getting the same "No surveys available". I was very excited the first day but now there's nothing for me - bummer.
After I first tried these surveys, I also had no surveys available for a few days. I would recommend trying multiple times each day (if you're able to do that) to get them. I'll have no surveys available throughout the day, but then one or two will pop up if I check them periodically, and have every day I think for about the last week. And they're awesome surveys! This is my new favorite survey company! I love being able to try and get more than one a day as they become available for my profile :) I totally understand that it can be frustrating if you don't see any available, but I'd keep trying!

Thanks - I was able to get three today!! I love these surveys - I was disappointed that the past two days when there was nothing available and saw the other post and thought maybe there was a trend. But I'll just keep checking throughout the day!! :sunshine::sunshine::sunshine:

Had a frustrating experience this morning. Clicked on a survey that was typically longer than I do because the reward was high. Yet when I finished, it routed to "this survey is now closed". Grrr! Why wouldn't it tell me that in the beginning. Anyone else have this happen?

last night I got one that was $8.40 and another $1.70. usually in the evenings the bigger value ones are gone by the time I get home.

I have had great success with these- I would say I am averaging $2-$3 a day with them.

Send me an email with the email address you are using and I will have them take a look at your account. I had this happen to me and it turns out I was blocked for fraud!! It was a total mixup having to do with cookies and beta testing. I wonder if it is possible you are in the same boat.

This just happened to me. I finished a survey and got the message that it was "now closed or I had already completed it" (which I have not)

I had one for $0.90 yesterday on banking and credit cards- said it was 25 minutes. After an hour on the survey (kept thinking I was getting near the end the way the questions were going), I finally got to a point where it said "almost finished, just a couple more questions for classification". Then it went in to a bunch more questions that were back to credit card stuff, and then after about 10 minutes of that, the survey suddenly looped back to questions that I had completed towards the beginning of the survey, and the progress bar went all the way back to about 1/3 completed! :computer: At this point I just x'd out and gave up for the night.
I think that was my first one under Opinion Network that I have had to x out of because it was like that.
All in all I am still loving the addition of Opinion Network, and for the most part their survey lengths have been true to the listed times and they usually credit- quickly too.

I have one that I am working with them on that is only about one missing credit but not a fraud one. Try sending again and if I don't respond in about an hour that I got it, let me know.

One thing you need to be sure to do is REFRESH your list of surveys before you try to take any. If you click on one and leave the site to go take it and then come back to the site to try for more without refreshing your list, there is a chance that one of them listed for you was filled up in the time that you took the other survey. Otherwise, they SHOULD all be available completely if your list has been freshly updated.

I took that one too and it sure was longer than 15 minutes. I guess I got lucky and finished it before it closed as I was able to complete and get credit; sorry you did not.

I did one early this evening at home for $2.20 for a pet delivery gift box, completed it and got message that the survey closed, but they appreciated my participation. Funny thing, I was going to check out the company because their products interested me. Not now!

Sorry to hear that- I did it last night and mine did credit- But mine was $2.40. At least this one was around the 20 minutes it said it was going to take. It did sound interesting- BarkBox was the name I believe . . .
I really wish these companies would do a better job on the way they close down a survey- such as base their quotas on the number of people who successfully get into the survey instead of shutting it based on completions. I would guess that is how most of them do it and why it is only an issue with a few survey companies.

Yes, we moved March 1, 2015 and we have a new IP address. We had to cancel our tv and internet service with Charter and we have a new account and IP address.

Still haven't gotten any surveys since I did the first one when you first posted about this. I did all the profiles. Maybe I just don't fit any of the criteria but it's been weeks now. I always do these from my home computer. I clear my cookies every other day.

From my experiences with surveys you have to clean cookies often, I clean mine at least 10 or more times a day, Your computer kets to any temporary files and cookies, does not run right and surveys are more likely not to credit. I think that been a big part of your problem, try it and see if it works for you. I kept trying things when I first started doing surveys, I had to learn and weed things out, a put a lot time into what works and what does not.

Watch out for a $2 one on cell phones took whole thing completed got to end and said sorry. not right that this happens with the larger crediting surveys

Took a 20 minute survey on Debt Collector letters, got to the end, and got the notice the survey was now all filled but thanks for helping . . . . I completed it, how about you actually pay me for it? :computer: I hate those ones . . .

have to say that I am becoming disenchanted with these surveys. at least 50% I complete them only to told that the survey has closed. :mad:
Sunday there was one for several dollars. First page says you must be at home to do the survey.Great I was at home! first question..are you at home, I click "yes" and get disqualified. Yesterday I start another one that was more than a dollar on Pet Product Test, sends me into the survey and I see a Page telling me that I have completed this survey before. I have never done a product test for Pet products so NO I have not completed the survey before.
seems like these are starting to become a waste of time, especially all the "close" while I am in them.

We are seeing more credits for the new surveys than anything else and very few complaints. So I am guessing that it must be the time thing as well.
GF is still not fixed. At this point, I think they are completely rewriting their software and there is not even an ETA on when it might be completed. They did give us credits one day--I think to make up for some that we were missing? But I won't even know for sure if that worked properly until we get to the end of the month. At this point, it doesn't even do any good for me to ask them what is going on. They've basically just said to sit tight until we hear back from them that it is fixed. I'm pretty sure most of our members are just totally avoiding the surveys.

Just a bit of clarification if you would....SCard-when you say that the survey is closed-do you mean after you've completed a survey instead of routing to the congrats page-the survey doesn't credit? Or, when you click on the link, see the list of surveys for you, then click on that survey, it routes to "closed" before you take it??? If it's the latter, happens to me all the time. I still try most of the time I see a survey listed for me because I find most of them really easy to load and complete.
And here's a happy little mystery...I got a back credit for one that didn't credit immediately. Happened today. That was sweet to see(and unusual).

I work full time and have limited time to do surveys so try to spend my time on ones that I have a better chance of getting credit after I have spent my time completing a survey.

Today GF seems to be working, I got credit, its really a mind blogging what is up with GF. Used to be the most reliable, can not say that after this last month.

I completed DS yesterday and today and no credit. frankly tired of waiting for my credits, first one that did not credit for me was JULY 2 a month ago and have not received one single back credit. Tricia mentioned that GF gave some credits for members ~ mid July, I went back and looked and I did not get any credits. I am missing close to 20 credits from GF now. about ready to stop taking GF for good in the next few days if they don't make good on the their statement to Tricia that we will be getting our credits.

I know how frustrating that is, I had several not credit, I have not even counted. Trish said around 8-4th the credit should post, I will count then.

seems like the problems come in bunches. completed 4 last Friday with no issues. No opportunities over the weekend. did 3 today and all credited.

Anyone else have issues with Opinion Bar surveys from this company today? I had two of them not load properly and then glitched completely out when they routed to the completion page. I submitted a question/response under their FAQ page-but I doubt anything can be done. First one was entitled "fun animals survey"-.40, 22 minutes. Second one was "fun advertising survey" .50, 22 minutes.
Bummer because I've never had an issue with Opinion Bars before-usually they load fine....

You are definitely locked out. :( Apparently they have very strict rules about IP addresses and it is hard to get someone unlocked once they have been locked. But I am still working with them on it (for both you and also one of our moderators!).

Bummer, I don't get what IP addresses have to do with it, I can see if I had different email addresses. We moved to a new home and we have a new internet server.

Unfortunately, they are not one that we can do anything about. Everything is automatic on their end based on their fraud prevention technology. The only 2 that we can work with on getting people unblocked are SR Opinion Network and Greenfield.

It doesn't have to be the exact same computer. But if you start logging in from other cities than what you are registered with them, their system will flag it that you might be trying to cheat.

got it, will lessen the temptation to do them on my work computer which I shouldn't do anyway. My company is based in MN and sites often pick up the location of the servers.

I still haven't gotten any surveys since the initial one when this first came available. I filled out all the profiles but every time I check is always says "No surveys are available". The light is often green. On the Surveys page where it has "your monthly completions" it doesn't even show a "0".

I wonder if you also got locked out for fraud early on. Send me an email with the email address you use for SR, the email address you use for the surveys, and your SR user number.

I have a few for August (not getting as many as I did at first) and my "monthly completions" shows the same thing so I am guessing that it doesn't show how many we complete.

Not that I know of. We almost never have trouble with these. But if we are seeing them, let me know and I can have SG pull the log files to look for individual issues.

I completed one 10 minutes ago that has not credited. $1.10 on protein bars included a home product test. I got the correct completion page at the end.

He had to make a change this afternoon around 3 or so because they made a tweak on one of their surveys that resulted in us paying back double what members should have gotten. We caught it almost immediately but apparently the fix that he made to it ended up breaking the whole creditor. ARGH!
IT issues are the worst. Thanks for letting us know quickly. This is one that we can fix on our end and have everyone crediting on time again by tomorrow morning!

I did a survey on streaming services, iTunes radio in particular, and it didn't credit, it's been at least 30 minutes. I had no trouble back a few days ago when others were reporting issues.

I did one also for inovoke session like live used to have, no credit, could be the same thing is wrong as before and they fixed.

Opps! THAT'S the one I didn't get credit for. I did do a survey on high tech jewelry products thru another company but it was the spokesperson one that didn't credit. Hopefully it can be corrected.

I just did a SR survey and it was a GF on a new movie, got the regular congrats page it was worth 1.20, makes you wonder why regular GF is .75, now we wait for the fix with these credits tonight.

I tried this GF because I do get credit for them at all the other surveys they have been showing up on: Live, RFG, YS and now Opinion Network. should not have wasted my time I guess.

The way people post that they didn't get credit for things but then update them later that the credit did come through or post about different survey companies in threads about another survey company makes it hard for me to track when there is truly a problem versus one-off issues that we sometimes have.
So let's do this. I'm going to start a thread for each different survey company we work with. Please post ONLY about that survey company in that thread and give your surveys at least a couple of hours to post before you say you didn't get credit. That will help me see if things are just slow or actually broken.
As for the difference in price...

So they figure out what the average amount that they are getting paid for the surveys and give us that rate and it never changes. So you pay get paid .75 for a GF survey that was only worth .50 to GF. Or you may get .75 for a survey that was worth $3 to Greenfield. It's just the way that the survey router works to keep things simple across all their partners.
The SR Opinion Network is different because we have a high level of integration with them that allows them to tell us the price of every single survey individually both before and after the members take them. I think it works out better for the most part, but it takes a lot more technical work on their end AND our end and most companies just aren't willing to do that.

I will have to defer to the rest of you on when you usually see the credits. This is one that we credit as soon as they credit us, but I know that there is at least a little delay in when they credit us.

If it is going to credit is usually within 5 minutes, no time at all, the only time it does not credit is when do do not get this message

The rest of the surveys time for credits have changed, it is now 25 minutes after the hour for all but Live and GF, those are 7 minutes after for GF, Live is 9 minutes after, if they do not credit within the 1st hour, I find they re not going to.
When 1 person does not get credit that is usually a different issue, when several people start to say no credit there to me there is a credit issue.

I put them in the "Offers and Contests" just because I tend to put a lot of the Survey stuff there. I thought about making a whole forum just for surveys. Hopefully all of the responses on the survey threads won't be technical issues but will also be some positive things. :)

One thing you need to be sure to do is REFRESH your list of surveys before you try to take any. If you click on one and leave the site to go take it and then come back to the site to try for more without refreshing your list, there is a chance that one of them listed for you was filled up in the time that you took the other survey. Otherwise, they SHOULD all be available completely if your list has been freshly updated.

you don't have to clear cookies in between Opinion Central surveys and you can take as many as you want.
I only clear cookies at night before I shut the computer down. or if I have a survey not credit and want to try again.
Say so for Good credits instantly like Survey Head.
Check out Tap, they tell you how long the surveys are, which I love.
Tricia has credited a "problem" thread for each survey company where we are supposed to post problems:

there have been issues with Greenfield Daily Surveys crediting for some of us but they later send them so we do get the credits.

Another good thing to do with Opinion Network is fill out all your profiles with them. You can see what needs to be completed when you click on their survey button. On the positive side of things-there were seven surveys to try for with this company when I signed on today. Never had more than four so I was happy. And I was able to get three of them(my best is four in a day). I know many of you have gotten much more than that, but for me it was a really good sign after what has been a slow month .
