Still no credit today, I finally decided to start a support ticket, do not know where that will get me. It seems to credit some times, and then not credit, but note in history.

please post what happens with ticket. Did not used to bother me when I got the correct congratulations at the end and no credit as almost all of them would credit within 4-5 days and now they don't.
I haven't done a support ticket in a long time as I had several over a year ago that went no where. If ON does resolve some or yours, I would try a ticket again.

Scard, something is definitely off, I completed one for .70 and it did credit, fast. I did it before 5pm. Every time I chick on all the others that were better reward, even before I can get in and try do not qualify. I tried the .40 for 25 minutes, let me get to the page to try, I did not do it I just was trying to see if I could get it. I never heard back from yet yet on the email. I see now they do not take them down after I attempled the .40 for 25 minutes, its still there.The good ones comes out as soon as you kick out.

that's what happens to me most of the time.
I understand what Tricia said about surveys being scarce this time of year, but if we take the time to complete one and do not get paid that is just plain wrong.

I went back into a few e-mail responses from them that are over a year old. This mostly what I got:

They were not like this a month or so ago, if something did not credit, I would get in within a few days. Today my list includes 25 4 .40, 30. for .40. Are they really thinking I would do them.

yes, used to get all the back credits in 3-4 days. Not the ones that ended with "Completed- survey success"; those never credit.
that list of available surveys are what I see most days. Not going to do any that pay that low for that many minutes. and would they credit anyway

That is what I got on that nutra system survey and it never credited or showed up in my history. I did one about and it did credit before 6, it was 30 minutes but 1.30 have not seen that in a while, Maybe you will something else now.

I did 2 today, 1 credited in 5 minutes, 2nd shows in hsitory did not credit, been over 2 hours now. Today they are also going blank after trying to get in them, after all that winding up they do.

Today again .90 on that was 30 minutes, shows in history and no credit, that is now 90.50.80.50 that shows in history and no credit, can not get a explanation from support. Did anyone have this again today happen? Trish can you see what is going on, we have no luck with that.

did not get into any Friday and Saturday' just kicked out as soon as I proved I was a human and got that white screen where nothing loads.
did get one yesterday and it credited.
NO back credits
I am not doing any 30 minute surveys or any 20,24 30 minutes ones for 30 or 40 cents; not worth my time and even more so as things are not crediting

Scard, thanks for telling me that. The strange this is sometimes they credit and sometimes they do not, could have one credit, then one that does not. I think something is not right, I am waiting on a response from my 2nd support ticket, will post the answer. I explained what is going on, told them the 1st ticket did nothing but double talk.I have 4.00 or so now that shows in history and no credit.

the ones that end with "survey success" have never credited; but they should. the others just seem to be hit or miss. There is nothing that I see in the survey that would make me think it's not going to credit. I do almost all of them in Chrome.

That the problem with mine, only 1 every shows success,, that was nutra system, never showed up in history, the rest of them get the congrats you will get your reward. I found out using Chrome is better than FF, which now just does not want cookies to be clear, keeps same ones coming back during the survey.

I did one and it credit, 2nd one I did not credit and it also in my history. I do not understand how this keeps happening, this is what I get when done. We need some answers, and still no reply to 2nd email.

Scard have you tried recently to contact them, maybe the more they her from us, maybe they will look into what we are saying and credit our account. The more people that speak up, the better are chances are to getting this resolved.

I did not get any credits either, I am glad you sent it. I still have no answer yet, They need to fix whatever is wrong. I am wondering is Sunshine Guy can tell us if he sees these credits in our acccount, just not posting, Trish can you see if he can tell us that?

I have just gotten back into doing surveys to save money for a trip next year. I had one ON not end correctly and I emailed them - they also gave me the 4-6 week answer. I know I won't see that dollar, and I have stopped doing them for now since I also have one pending complete in my history that didn't credit. But the light is green, so that suggests they are working for some people?

I did a .50 also, and it did credit, same for me kicked out of everyone, just keeps winding up, never goes anywhere. I took the time to check to see what I am missing in credit and so far its $3.60 from 6/13 to 6-19, NOt that much but it you add up all the time I had to take the surveys there is a lot of wasted time, if someone does not figured out what is going on. What I have left is 25 minutes .40 right that is never going to happen.

Tonight I did 3 of them .80 each for 12 minutes, all 3 credited within 5 minutes, then I did one later and it did not credit. I just do not get these at all anymore. I have a total now of $5.00 that did not credit within last week. I keep trying because we do not have much else to take.

I know you have to be as frustrated as I am with them, I take 2 steps forward, and go back everyday. I would just appreciate some answers at this point. We do not get them from On or SR, we are in limbo and its is getting very old I thought maybe SG could tell us if the credits are there and just not posting. but no response from them in a couple of days. I am trying to not let me get to me, but each day that passes I get more frustrated.

JtownerI try surveys periodically but then I remember why I get frustrated. I know Tricia is around because I get some of her newsletters via email. But even those are few and far between. I wonder too if the site should just become a site to shop thru. I feel terrible not doing surveys thru SR, but my days of spending 45 minutes doing a few surveys for a few dollars are pretty much over. I used to cash out at least every year for $500, it has been 3 years and I still have not reached that amount yet. I still get excited when I get a survey and it credits, but it only gets my hopes up and my hopes get squashed pretty quick. I am still pushing to get $500; but sadly to say, I will probably be done trying. Either things have to change and we get some kind of credit for attempting these surveys or if that will not be the case, I am sure I am not the only person that has thought about leaving, and will be doing so.

Ugh - I completed a survey worth 1.90 and it is showing pending complete, but it hasn't credited. I have another one from two weeks ago that shows completed in my history but didn't ever credit, but it was only 0.70. As frustrating as it is to complete a survey and not have it end correctly (which has also happened in the last couple of weeks with ON), I think it is worse to see that they know you did it and it still doesn't credit. :(

I think its a major issue with them, I wrote and did not get a sensible answer, posted earlier in this thread. Jerome is a piece of work, its hard to believe that he is the only person that responds to people. I wrote 2 times, when I did not get a answer the 2nd time and Scard said it was only him went she look at her old support tickets. now you are saying the same thing. If he keeps hearing from us, maybe they will give the credits for June before the month is over. Do not have
a lot of faith in that, but they got to know something is very wrong.

Scard like you I do not get it at all, for 2 days what I able to get and complete they did credit. Then yesterday it started again in the evening. I would appreciate if this would get resolved. I really would like to know if credit is showing, just does it have to fixed manually, but never got a answer from SG or Trish on that. That is now 4 or 5 of us speaking out about On and credit, I think SR is losing money and needs to investigate the issue. When more than 1 person is saying the same thing it is time to address the problem, we have shown how down we are in earnings this month compared to last year, at this point I can only shake my head. Summer is usually the best month for surveys, in my opinion and after all these years, I am speaking from experience not just talking.

How many times that has happened to me I lost count, click on the one that is hightest reward with shortest time, and when its over its way less and not the one I clicked on to take. Talk about bait and switch, then does not credit. Who else is still not getting credit?

have not gotten into many last few days, did complete one today and it credited. Have had more than one time that I clicked into one that was a decent value for the time involved, (example $1 or more) complete it and got .30 or .40 cents. bait and switch or dare I say "fraud"? even when those credit, the amount was not what they said it would pay

I tried another one, thinking if you credited mine would. Survey 20 min. professional 1.50, may sure I click right on it. Turned out to be on lotions 5 minutes it stated, .30 shows in hsitory and again no credit. That is twice today same thing happened, bait and switch then no credit. I have lost over 8.00 or more at this point, I have to keep a log of them.

That was the 2 that I did, both ended up to be .30 and did not credit. I am having luck with Say SO not the survey router, can not get them I do .50 .75 and 1.00 they tried to get me to sign out for stuff, just keep saying no, but hey credit.

I had the same one, but I doubt it will credit and it certainly was much longer than 5 minutes> I diod one for .90 it was on mayonnaise, got to the end said I did not qualify, here is the kicker, in my history as pending complete and no credit again. What I have learned if it does not credit within 5 minutes it is not going to, and this did not credit either. I really just do not understand why it is not getting fixed. I keep thinging every night they will give back credits and am out well over 12.00 or more now.

I think I am out ~ $8.00 on ones that ended as they should and are showing as pending complete in my history. + $2.70 one for a panel that I got kicked out at the end as not qualifying; funny thing is I am in the panel. $2.40 for the Nutrisystem one that does not show that I even took it in my history.

completed another one earlier and had not checked on credit. .90 survey on summer vacation travel in the Northeast. no credit shows as pending complete in my history. I am done with ON, seems pointless to keep wasting my time on surveys that I am not going to get paid for.

I had the same one, but I doubt it will credit and it certainly was much longer than 5 minutes> I diod one for .90 it was on mayonnaise, got to the end said I did not qualify, here is the kicker, in my history as pending complete and no credit again. What I have learned if it does not credit within 5 minutes it is not going to, and this did not credit either. I really just do not understand why it is not getting fixed. I keep thinging every night they will give back credits and am out well over 12.00 or more now.

It is not just you it all of us having the same issue. We sent support tickets, we asked for help here and we are getting nowhere. What makes you crazy it most days they will credit, then they stop the same day. I hope we get answers, we have lots of money lost between all of us. I do not understand why this issue is not being handled by the staff.

Today as I looked in my history the .40 tv ads now changed to .50 and of course there is still no overnights credits, here we are at the end of the month. Makes me think they will not be credited all that we did. Trish and SG need to get involved in this, they must be on contract with them, we need you all to get to the bottom of this, since it is not working that we can.

crazy when i look at my list, almost all are .20-.40 for 15-20 minutes. who would spend that much time for so little money even if the did credit, and that is a big if.
very disappointing that we have heard nothing from Tricia. more than 2 weeks of posts from 3 member and no response.

Basically when we email them, they tell us that we just have to wait until the surveys close out because they don't pay on some of them until they close. The more surveys you take, the more likely you are to have taken the ones that don't close until about 4 weeks later. I know it can be frustrating, but they really do come through for us more often than not.

I have done most of those surveys within the last 1 or 2, it started not crediting June 19th, not even close to 4 weeks. I think my point is are we good with these crediting now, do you know that? it would be nice to know if this is the new "normal" for ON. Used to be the larger value ones (these are a lot lower now) did take longer to complete the project and give credits. They had explained this lag time awhile ago. Lower values .50- 1.00 (estimate) that did not credit usually showed up no later than 4-5 days later.
As long as I know I will eventually get credit, I will keep doing their surveys.

I started to pay attention yesterday when you click on a survey, what I saw happen was it took a while just kept seeing the red, blue dots going across my screen. I have had that that long before, that is when I usually end up with different amount of reward. I open another tab looks at my history and I was already kicked out of what I was trying, but was not told that just started the survey. So that is what I figured happens when we get bait and switch we are not told we did not qualify, Now sometimes I am offered others, so when it takes a long time to get the next screen be wary something is not right, just your history in another tab. Also that is how we got the .30, the next survey just comes so you have no idea of reward or time, I can not tell you how many times that has happened to me.I am watching now. The good news is they are crediting within 5 minutes, so all of us saw helped get that situation addressed, we did not accept no for a answer, and I told them we post in a forum, so we all knew the same information. Goes to what I know is the truth, there is strength in numbers.I am member of Labor union and I know it works.

Well, I thought it was safe to go back to these . . .
I just completed a "business professionals" survey that took over 35minutes, but the promised payout was over 3 credits. I did a virtual shopping experience and said what I liked and didn't like about several packages, completed the demographics at the end, then got the "unfortunately you do not qualify for this survey" message. Unbelievable. I'm quite certain they have no intention of throwing out my 35 minutes of honest and thoughtful answers :mad::mad::mad:
The same thing happened earlier but it was a much shorter survey. This one hurts :mad:

I rarely get into any. click on ones that are worth my time. Either immediately I am kicked out because my profile... or have to prove I am not a robot and then get kicked out due to profile. becoming a big waste of time. I have answered the profile questions, it that is why I am kicked out right away, why are these even on my list

I had that happen to many times, now they have not done that since they started to credit again, until Saturday. When the survey take a while and upi keep getting the dots going across the page, then the survey on a different subject, check your history in a different tab. I just close those out, not doing all that time for .30 or like you .40

The same thing happened to me. My history shows I didn't qualify for the auto one, and I ended up spending a long time on a different survey with a lower payout without being informed.

Its just started again, been good since the crediting issue. It seems to happen on weekends, and towards the end of the month. We are not at end of month so it started up again, no warning, just you see the colored dots going across the screen. I now know what is happening when I see that, so I check my history see IO am not qualified and I know I do not know amount or time of survey, I have been burned several times until it dawned on me what to do.l I then close out the survey and not wasted my time,I have done them before I knew for 25 to 30 minutes for .30. So you could say what we have noticed it weekends and end of month.I hope I explained that so you get what I mean.

That happened to me yesterday - it must have taken 40 minutes, and it was the annoying kind where you check off boxes for a particular brand, then when you click the arrow, another brand appears on the same page so you have to do each one individually. And the progress bar kept going backwards :computer: It did credit, but it went on forever!

Scard, what happened to you is you were disqualified and it sent you to another survey. I said before if its takes awhile to get the start page, check in another tab or browser your his It has been happening a lot to me the last, week or longer. I was real good the 1 week in the month from there it went downhill, that same thing has happened several times in the last couple of day, but I know what as soon as it takes time and colored dots are going across my screen, I check my history sure enough each time I had been disqualified and no warning of a new survey. I just close them out, before I knew this was what was happening I did 3 or 4 of them, took 25/30 minutes ended up each time with .30. I refuse to fall into that again, you have to be on your toes and paying attention, on weed ends and about 3 weeks into the month.Hope that helps and you can stop the madness.

I think being kick out is better than wasting your time, thinking you are getting one thing and then you learn it is not what your thought at all. I wasted to much time when it first happened to me, I just now have a gut feeling when something is wrong. I am not doing that again. You will get better at knowing, you have been burned enough you will just know.

I finished a 20 minute survey on beauty product, got to the end and in red said I did not qualify for the survey, of course at this point the survey was complete and it states 15 minutes, while the link for survey said 20 minutes. It was 21 minutes it took, so I look in my history and I see this. Of course it did not credit, but history said it was completed, anyone every have this happen and did you get credit for it at some point in time?

I got kicked out of every one I clicked on today. Did not experience what you describe. Pretty normal for me to not get into anything.

I remember Tricia telling us that ON tracks the IP addresses of the computers being used to do their surveys and if you use more than one they could block/ban someone for doing something that they see as trying to "beat the system". Maybe it is the other computer.

I got an idea this morning, thinking I would install flash players on Chrome browsers, I use Chrome and torch the most, these two did not open for me yesterday, along with AMp and MTC, well I think that was the problem this morning after I put the extensions in Chrome and Torch I could open what I could not get yesterday. Same with AMP and MtC, checked that also and was able to get into a survey with both of them. Then moved to Mozilla and added the add on with flash and it also is working right. I do not know why this windows 10 is such a pain, the exact browsers are on my old desktop, and my laptop, no issues with any other computer but this new one. I have been adjusting it for 2 weeks now, I put all the players when I first got it, so I am not sure, Did not want to spend time with Dell on the phone can not understand them, did not want to waster a lot of time trying to explain what we have to have to do surveys. It feels private and not willing to share it with them.

kicked out of the overwhelming major of the surveys I click into. finally get into a couple:
Today I completed
.50 one on beverages
15 min $1.20 one on batteries.
both said I completed the survey but this where I end up:

waste of time and they are taking our completed surveys and not paying for them.

I know how you feel, I never did get the one that said I did not quality after I finished it, my history said it was complete and it was for 1.50 and 21 minutes of my time like you that you do not get back. I the end of the month is terrible, yesterday I got into a couple the first in several days, they did credit. I am sorry to you you got burnt, not a good way to end the month.

I think I have gotten credit for 5 this week. Kicked out of 25-30 right away for profile not matching. Completed at least 4 more that I did not get paid for.

completed 2 today both over $1.00, one on deodorants and the other specialty chocolates. Both said at the end that i had completed the survey, click and get "unfortunately your profile..." and no credit. They take our completed surveys and pay us nothing. It's unethical and just so wrong how they operate.
ridiculous what they get away with.

I wonder if some of you have been locked out? I am seeing credits come in, but a lot more slowly than we used to. And another member opened up a ticket a few weeks ago that she wasn't seeing any there anymore.

I have never been banned before. Just not worth my time, I spend a ton of time proving I am a human and then get immediately kicked out because my profile is not what they are looking for. Surveys paid a lot more 2 years ago, it's not worth it to spend 15-20mins (or more) for .20,.30.40.

You could be right, that happened to me before then after a while the surveys came back. Not worth opening a ticket with them, there is one person that answers them, and most of time never hear from him.

Still nothing since October. Last week, I clicked into my profile questions, went through them all, saved and still no surveys. About a week ago I e-mailed asking about my account; got the standard auto reply and nothing else. About what I expected.

I know these surveys don't work for a few of us (none ever come up on the page for me even though I asked them to look up my email address). But across all of our members, these are actually making the most money this month. One member even had a survey that was worth $10. In fact, revenue on these is up 4X from last month.

I have not been able to get into these for maybe 4 years. I have noticed that it's green all time. checked my profile questions last week, there was nothing there so I filled them all out hoping maybe there would be some for me, but still nothing.

I have the same problem! I feel like my account is locked with them. But I only ever did maybe 2 or 3 surveys with them!

Dang! I wish they were working for you. I just got one with a 5.00 payment that took me 10 minutes! I can try to send an email to my people there in addition to the support email address. They will ask me what email address you registered with them. Is it just your normal SR email address?

yes, my regular SR e-mail address. Thanks for trying, much appreciated.
My experience is that they can be very particular about doing their surveys. I had not been able to get in for 3-4 years. Last fall I tried e-mailing and then all of a sudden there were surveys; did very well from November to August and since then nothing.
